LVH / HCM After Renal Transplant

Hi - I’m 55. I had a kidney transplant in 2014. Transplanted kidney has done amazingly well. However, almost immediately after I starting prograf I complained of rapid heart rate and have consistently done so for years. Fast forward to 2021, a physician’s assistant finally listened and I was referred to a cardiologist and diagnosed with left ventricle hypertrophy and put on metoprolol. Heart rate has improved waiting to see HCM specialist in December. Question: Has any one had a similar diagnosis after taking prograf?

LVH seems to be somewhat common among dialysis people especially those on dialysis over 5 years. Blessings
