Hi, yes very vivid dreams all the time wake up exhausted, also have hot flushes I don't seem to sweat at all post transplant. I'm 4 years post transplant and just been told these are side effects of tacrolimus.Hilary

Although you say your liver consultants arn't concerned by these episodes have you raised them with your GP to make sure they arn't related to something other than your liver, your transplant, your transplant meds. Nightmares, terrors, night sweats can be related to a great many other issues so perhaps you should get seen by GP about them.

All the best, Katie

Thanks very much, I will try my GP again as I've already brought the issue up before

As our forum members suggest, please speak with your GP or the transplant team - perhaps the transplant specialist nurses could guide you ?
