Progesterone

I wanted to get feedback before I reach out to my Dr as Im torn between should I rough this out as I have at least 10 more days of the same medication before I have to start lubion and progesterone suppositories OR ask if I can change medication.

Good morning, The problem I believe I am having is associated with (1) either my hormone imbalance of progesterone or (2) when estrogen drops that hormone somehow helps my add meds, (I believe its the latter as I have charted this for about 7 months)- and then they become less effective.

I’m supposed to be going for my FET tomorrow and got my progesterone levels checked yesterday and they came back low 29.7nmol/ l with 2 days Lubion am/pm. My clinic has now asked me add the pessaries am/ pm too.

The nurse also told me the nausea could be progesterone meds even though I was on progesterone for 3 weeks without any symptoms . She also said the drugs could mask a miscarriage . So basically I’m thinking maybe I’ve miscarried and I won’t know till the scan so is it worth getting a blood hcg ?

, we are using glue, going for a double transfer, I’m going to take progesterone pessaries (as extra as doing a natural cycle so in theory don’t need it) and aspirin from OTD if positive result! Anyone taken aspirin during 2ww? I thought that was how you took it but they’ve said from a positive.

Hi Can anyone tell me when you would do a progesterone blood test check again after having a frozen embryo transfer. The first check being before embryo transfer and what should the progesterone levels be. Also does anyone know where I can get a same day blood test result for this in Glasgow.

I’m sure its all probably progesterone related but wondering if anyone else if feeling/or felt the same during the TWW?

They said itching could be reaction to the progesterone but I didn't just start it. I have been on them at least 15 days with no reaction. Very worried. Grateful to get positive result but concerned about itching. No hives or rashes. Anyone experienced itching after implantation?

I also take 200 mg of progesterone. I use to take 10 mg of Hydrocortisone tablets but she took me off. Within 4 weeks I gained 5 pounds, feel cold, and overall worse.

I recently told I have a hormonal imbalance in that my progesterone is far too low and my estrogen is normal (so I have estrogen dominance) which is likely to be causing the migraines to be so terrible. Has anyone else experienced a similar hormonal imbalance and migraines.

I had an ERA in December which showed I needed an extra 12 hours progesterone for a FET. I just wondered whether this impacts falling pregnant naturally? (We’ve been trying 4 years so I’m not holding out any hope it would happen) but just wondered really if this could affect things?

I queried this and the nurse said the most important bit is that I have my first lubion injection at 7.30am tomorrow, but I'm going to be having 24 hours less progesterone than last time. Am I panicking and overthinking?

Do you know anyone who received so much progesterone? I know FET (frozen embryo) needs more progesterone than fresh. But i'm already taking Crinone vagina gel 2times per day, oral progesterone (10mg Duphaston) 3times per day and going clinic 2 times a week for 100mg injection each ...

I stop progesterone and should start to bleed in the next 2 days. If I don’t bleed within a week , I need to go back to the clinic and they will give me medication to start the miscarriage. I’m feeling very fed up and finding it hard to keep positive.

So my FET cycle is canceled because I start estrofem right after stopping progesterone so I didn't get my period. I'm so frustrated because the doctor should have told me to wait to see reel blood not just spotting before I start taking it. Anyway I'm taking a break right now.

I had a progesterone test last night and it indicated that I had ovulated that cycle. Thank you xx

Meds are 3x estrogen and 3x progesterone pessaries daily. Only symptoms are huge big and sore boobs but guess that could be the drugs. OTD in 2 days, can’t help but feel this line should be much stronger by now. Anyone with similar experience out there?
