Progesterone
Hi all, So after speaking to my doctor today she seemed to think that 3 cyclogest pessaries or 2 lubion a day was the maximum
progesterone
dose I could have.

Advise about thyroid, new to this all.
So my GP has recently suggested I go on the
progesterone
pill. However they are going to do a diabetes and a thyroid blood test! As I mentioned before in 2019 I was very very unwell but the thyroid test came back fine!

5 days post transfer
My question is.... could this just be the
progesterone
and estrogen playing tricks with my body or could it be a good sign?

*sensitive* The first trimester is worse agony than the 2WW for me 😩
I had my bloods taken on Monday and HCG is 56000 and
progesterone
is 51. I was told this is great and don't need
progesterone
support. So why am I so crippled by fear ALL THE DARN TIME? Hubby is scared too.

Short cycle question!
Does that mean I might know b4 beta day if I’m pregnant if my period doesn’t come in the next few days or will the
progesterone
and estrogen throw my cycle off anyway? Thank you 😊

Anxiety or something else???
Tried
progesterone
which really make the anxiety crazy. So there again led me to believe that there is a cause to it all. Not sure what to do or believe. I try to follow the Clair Weekes protocol which has helped. But I am now starting to be afraid to go to work.

Day 6 FET! Help!
I am booked for my day 6 embryo transfer on wed 28th and I started
progesterone
on Friday (which will be 5 days before the transfer.) I’m panicking now as shouldn’t I have started the
progesterone

I know
progesterone
can give you a lot of symptoms but I don’t think I experienced this in any of my other transfers. Any feedback welcomed 😊 xx

"The seminal findings that steroidal
progesterone
derivate AA could inhibit CYP17A and thereby improve PC patient outcome in castrate-resistant cohorts has led to the widely accepted consensus that castrate-resistant PC remains a hormonally driven process.

Anyone stop cyclogest pessaries (or other progesterone supplement) due to side effects?
I have had embryo transfer. I am reacting to the cyclogest 400mg x 2: abdominal pain, fatigue, nausea. I think it is doing more harm than good, judging by how I feel. I react to most IVF drugs (norehisterone, progynova, provera, etc). Has anyone had to stop cyclogest while on a cycle? How did your clinic

10dp 5dt how early can I test?
It’s my first cycle and I’m getting quite anxious and don’t think it has to worked as I’ve had no symptoms other than the occasional twinge and my boobs are bigger but I’m putting both down to the
progesterone
. Is it best to wait, or could I get away with testing today or tomorrow?

Heart Issues etc but still confused over thyroid
I've checked all my female hormones a couple of times in the past month (once as included in other tests and the other more in depth including testosterone,
progesterone
and prolactin).

How much to tell gp!
I’d happily discuss all this with a specialist who might be better placed to understand the effect
progesterone
and oestrogen have on thyroid hormones but I suspect the gp won’t see it that way. I’m always wary that they might just say that I’m.

I am on
progesterone
and been told to continue it till 12 weeks. Now my question is do I stop at the end of week 11 or end of week 12 ? I am already scared to stop

but I know we have to stop it if advised.

Is it just down to the
progesterone
or could it be a positive sign? I’m due to test on Wednesday. Has this happened to anyone before? It hasn’t happened to me and this is my 3rd transfer but 1st time on Lubion. Thanks xx
