5 days post transfer

Hi so I’m 5 days post transfer now. Had cramping for first two days which is gone now. My boobs feel heavy and achy. Also quite often throughout the day I have a very strange CM, it’s not much thicker than urine but it’s kinda white in colour (apologies for the info) I remember this happening to me before I found out I was pregnant on my little boy (not IVF) four years ago. My question is.... could this just be the progesterone and estrogen playing tricks with my body or could it be a good sign?
