Progesterone crash in tww

Has anyone had a big decline in their tww whilst in lubion and cyclogest ?? Does this mean implantation failed ?

Can you describe what you mean-is this the measured concentration of progesterone in your blood or just how you feel? Xx

Measured progesterone in blood . I tested on the day and a week after and it had declined - although the test taken on day of transfer was taken after I had lubion & cyclogest and the test a week later was before my morning dose x

156nmol/L day of transfer . 66.6 a week after

Wow quite a difference. Have you discussed with your clinic about how/why it dropped so much? 66.6 isn’t super low but not sure what their cut off would be ie how high they want it xx

The nurse had no explanation and I have yet to speak to the doctor

Hi. Yes I had it tested day of transfer and it was 178. I had it tested 3 days later and it was 90! I asked my consultant and she said it was the HCG trigger creating the hike in progesterone and that it ok to drop as it was still high. Was yours a fresh transfer?

No mine was a FET

I’m heading into a fet and my precious successful fet I had a HCG injection the dah before transfer, the day after transfer and then 2 days after that. It apparently helps progesterone. I think clinics like it above 60 on the day of transfer but definitely something to ask them.

This is interesting. I’m also on Lubion and Cyclogest. I had my progesterone tested at 2dp5dt and they were lower than they expected (at 52). They have now upped my Lubion to two a day instead of one. Are you able to ask your clinic whether the same would be possible for you?
