NHS FET timescales
what’s a realistic timeline from failed IVF to FET on the NHS? I think I’m looking at 8-9 months?

Making decision to stop IVF
Hi everyone, I've reached a point where I'm 95% likely not to continue with IVF and wondered at what point others may decide it's time to stop IVF? After 6 egg collections over the last 18 months, culminating in one failed FET, I only ever managed to create one blastocyst, which is what I have just

Progesterone before frozen embryo transfer
Hi everyone, I am fingers crossed going to be having another frozen embryo transfer next month doing a natural cycle with progesterone support, transferring a day 5 embryo. Anyone who has had a modified natural cycle I am just wondering on what day post LH surge did you start using progesterone.

Next round with Clexane
Hello my lovely people, I have taken a break here for a few months when waiting for my hysteroscopy result of RIF. I am still reading your posts but have not been active at all. I’m resetting my mind and my body to be back in January for our 3rd round with the NHS. I really wanted to do another egg

Prostap - FET
Hi all Today I had my prostap injection in preparation for my FET. Cupping before and after FET??
Hi fellow ivf warriors, I'm embarking on my 1st FET next month and just wondering if cupping is recommended before and after the transfer. I know most people recommend sessions of accupunture before and after the transfer but wasn't sure this also applied to cupping too? Thanks

Trying to stay positive
Hello ladies, I’m currently taking meds and will have my FET soon but I’m struggling to stay positive after a failed fresh embryo transfer last time. Has anyone had success with a FET rather than a fresh transfer? I’ve heard lots of different stories xxx

I'm day 9 post 5 day FET, not really had any symptoms boobs feel fine. Had a few pulling cramps on day 5 and the tiniest amount of pink when I did my progesterone but other than that nothing really. I know not everyone is forced to get symptoms but was hoping for more of a sign it's worked. 4 days to

The Correct Daily Dose of Broccoli Sprouts (per Dave): 60 Grams - 1 Cup
I got confused about how much broccoli sprouts I was eating and why. I was eating over 2 cups, which is over 120 grams, every day. There was no good reason I was eating 2 cups. I just got confused. On the one hand, I am feeling pretty good and some of my symptoms (I have not been diagnosed with PD,

Debilitating shoulder, neck and back pain
On 18th September I was suddenly hit with debilitating shoulder and neck pain which has gotten worse. I've had this before in May and it didn't go away for around 3-4 weeks but I don't remember it being so bad to the point that it was making me cry, unable to sleep or sit. I've tried Naproxen, Nurofen

Managing endometriosis / adenomyosis pain during treatment.
I am currently on Buserelin and Estrogen Patches in prep for my FET first week of Jan. Prior to this I had Prostap for 8 weeks and it really helped with my pain. Towards the last week of the Prostap I could tell my pain was increasing and since starting the other medication it has gotten worse. I

nausea with estrogen tablets
Hi, I’m on a FET cycle and started taking estrogen tablets three days ago and I’ve been feeling sick since so I presume it’s these tablets that are causing it. I want to eat healthy whilst building the lining up but I’ve hardly eaten anything and if I have it’s been rubbish foods, now I’m beating myself

Getting ready for transfer today - Please send your best wishes
Hi everyone - how are the holidays going! Today is my transfer day and I am getting ready to leave for my appointment. I am trying to be very positive and optimistic but still feeling very scared as this is my 4th IVF cycle. It’s an FET this time so I’m praying that does the magic. Holding on to hope

13 days after FET neg result
Hi everyone, I was trying to be mega disciplined, waiting until Day 14 after my FET to do my pregnancy test, but seeing as that is now less than a day away I decided to test this afternoon on Day 13....and it was negative. The clinic said to test on Day 14. I am about to start getting my head around

OTD BFN with Euploid - any advice?
hi all Hope you’re all finding hope on your journeys. I’ve tested negative this morning. I had a euploid transferred on a FET. I’ve had ERA, used antibiotics, steroids, Clexane blood thinners, I also did a progesterone test on transfer which revealed 39 result (target was 50) so I doubled my progesterone

Newly diagnosed Stage IV Metastatic Prostate Cancer
I am 75 years old and have had Prostate Cancer for 16 years. The first 13 years was all Active Surveillance. Gleason Score of 3+3, PSA never above 12. Cancer was confined to the prostate. This all changed 3 years ago when my PSA rose to 12. I had a bone scan and a PSMA test showing the cancer

Hi guys. I’m currently awaiting my first frozen embryo transfer.
