Any Diet Recommendations after Embryo Transfer?

hello everyone ! Thanks for all the support within this community. I just had my embryo transfer done few mins ago and was wondering if there are any recommendations on what to eat? Are there specific fruits I should take ? Would appreciate any guidance . Thanks

I ate pineapple for 5 days making sure I also ate the core!

I was advised to eat as if you are pregnant. So balanced healthy diet avoiding, caffeine, alcohol, mould ripened cheese, pate, unwashed fruit and veg, cured meat etc. And take pregnancy vitamins along with folic acid. Good luck x

I was told warm comforting food. No raw cold food. Think stews and dhaal etc. Good luck 🤞🏼

I dont think any pineapple or frys helps as sugar (pineapple) and trans fat (frys) dont help in my opinion.I used to eat healthy and organic but no stress 😎 ,have a normal life ,as normal as you can fingers crossed 🤞 for you
