IBS and undigested food
I’ve tried enzymes, HCL, verberzi,
probiotics
but nothing works. Would appreciate any suggestions or similar experiences that might help me find a tiny bit of relief from the constant pain and bathroom visits. Thank you as always

What was left
Nothing outstanding for the "cure", simply weakening the yeast giving the
probiotics
time to populate the gut before the yeast can feast on it. If you don't weaken the yeast it gets stronger from the
probiotics
and is even more difficult to overcome. So what is left, in a word, life.

Twice, I had my own ‘
probiotics
’ engineered. The gut microbiome is truly fascinating. They create or breakdown special chemicals called neurotransmitters. The gut ‘flora’ influences mood, appetite and sleep pattern.

change in IBS symptoms
Over the last few months I’ve been trying prebiotics and
probiotics
not helped a great deal either. The last lot I tried I took for three months they seemed to help a bit but not massively. So I decided about a month ago to stop taking them.

Weird pain in my lower belly
I'm currently out of
probiotics
, took some for the two days it hurted, wondering whether to buy new ones. It's always good to have
probiotics
but im running out of money. It's hard to pay for both my physical and mental health. Wondering if it's the guts or something more serious.

Bolt's Failed Pickle Experiment (Lectins) :(
My diet is pretty restricted, cutting out gluten and lectins, and I saw something about fermenting destroying lectins and how fermented pickles are a GREAT source of
probiotics

Movicol help (again!)
I've tried various
probiotics
and really thought Alflorex was the winner for 2 months - but now back to the daily slog of pain and bloating so obviously not!

What the Heck? I thought boosting Short Chain Fatty Acids (SCFAs) was a Good Thing?
Fourth, the value of SCFAs-producing
probiotics
, prebiotics, and synbiotics in PD deserves further development. Some short-comings in this review should also be noted. The study of SCFAs-producing bacteria in PD has not been summarized.

Anyone taking probiotics for diarrhea?
I've read that taking
probiotics
could help, but are people finding these helpful and safe for transplant patients -- if so, what specific brands and dosages are people taking? Thanks so much.

Thank you for the vitamins advice
However I know if I get back onto my regime - 75mcg Levo, mega
probiotics
, b12(1000ug), vit D (4000iu) folate (400mg) and magnesium spray, I should hopefully get back to feeling myself again.
