caster oil packs - best way to use?
My partner has ordered me some castor oil as I've read castor oil packs can help with period pains (mine don't respond to traditional heat pads/hot water bottles). Has anyone found the best way to use these, and with the least mess?!

I've had enough of this Methotrexate poison. Stopped taking the tabs and started with the metoject pen instead but now the thought of doing the jabs is making me feel as sick as I felt with the tabs. I can't stand it any longer. I'd rather be in pain than feel sick. I don't want to take anything. Not

I'm going to be taking a multivitamin, B12, turmeric and evening

primrose
oil
during the menstrual and ovulation phase of your cycle (or something like that?)

Day 7 of anti inflammatory... some changes...
Hello everyone, I thought I had better drop in and say that this is now day 7 of the anti inflammatory diet and I'm due on period in the coming 4-5 days. This last Monday by breast pain was AWFUL. and now I would say, since Monday on this diet the breast pain is 60% easier! So, something I've cut out

Hi all. Today i have been discharged from the hospital as i refuse to take statins. I was blatantly told that their job is to prescribe medication and if i refuse to take it, they will refer me back to my gp who can monitor my cholesterol via blood tests. Fair enough but before they completely remove

I have anxiety and panic attacks. As well as depression. I stress too much over the little things and can’t let go of certain and keep thinking of them. It got to the point where I was having panic attacks almost daily around October-November 2017. I finally got help and have been on setraline (50mg)
