Trouble going back to sleep
New to the site. Hello all. Quick question just before I fall asleep, I get this jolt from my heart like it has stopped and then started again. It wakes me up, and scares me. I have been diagnosed with pvc's. Does anyone experiance this.

Need help asap if anyone can. I had a few short episodes of extra beats in a row, a skipped beat. I'm feeling better now.
I have anxiety and get panic attacks. A lot less now beause I'm taking care of myself, being more mindful, sleeping better, hydrating more. However today I had a very stressful day I had also ordered a Latte from Starbucks, with caffeine So the whole day everything was okay but then in the evening

Was this a PVC or Ectopic or something else? Seeking some help!
I had this hard extra beat and it caused a sharp pain in my heart and gave me a head rush. It was like in between two normal beats. Is this a PVC or Ectopic? I hear from other peole that an ecotpic is like a beat...pause hard beat...normal beat rhythm Also can a PVC or EB hurt like mine? That's not

Was this sharp pain an ectopic, pvc or a muscle spasm of the heart?
So I was just sitting working and experienced an extra, hard beat right in the mid of my chest, localized was this super sharp pain and it gave me a head rush. It went away in seconds. I've never had this before. I have been overcoming successfully now a long battle with anxiety and stress which I'm

Anyone experience a hypnic jerk with heart palps? Especially when they are overly exhausted or stressed?
I've been pulling in all nighters, been dehydrated and have bad anxiety just based on what I have going on in my life right now. I'm growing an online business and holding down a sales job at the same time. So All good stuff, so that's a positive at least. I notice at night, when I'm trying to lie down

Is it my imagination?
I have noticed a sharp increase in posts starting with; PVC, SVT, AF, PALPITATIONS, ECTOPICS etc. This is since the warmer summer temperatures started. Now I wonder if heat has a link to arrhythmias. Mine has become more and more noticeable.

PVCs and any activity
Hello, could anyone tell me if they experience PVCs with any form of light activity? I seem to get them at rest, singles, couplets, and any form of light activity seems to make them 100 times worse. Even walking into the garden, hanging out washing, walking up stairs, putting the bin out is enough

PVC, very scared
Hello for the last 2 weeks I have been having episodes that I can best describe as feeling like someone just scared me to death, my heart pumps really hard and it feels like the air is being pushed from my lungs. I finally went to hospital today and they said I had a PVC and to follow up with a cardiologist

Advice re. my mum’s BP (NSTEMI last year)
Apologies in advance for the long post, but I feel like I’m losing my mind here, and the detail is relevant. We have an extensive, highly varied cardiac history, particularly on my mum’s side. She had obvious cardiac symptoms for years, even had a dodgy ecg when participating in a medical research project

Heart problems
I’m still convinced I have a heart problem.. I went to the doctor and got a couple of test and I don’t know the names of it so I’m going to try to explain it. One test I had stickers all over me and the seconds test I had a monitor for about a week. She said my heart was normal but she thinks I have

28 years old. Random chest tightness without pain the last couple weeks.
Hey Everyone Just want to start by saying that I've only had one run in with AF back in February but my cardiologist has not officially diagnosed me with AF since he thinks this MAY have been a one and done incident due to an adverse reaction to antihistamines... but only time will tell. Back in February

Palpitations When Exercising
Hi all, I can empathise with most of the posts on here and my experience seems similar to yours in some ways, Lucy, although mines is quite unique. I’ll try to summarise but I’ll probably ramble as I’m pretty good at that 😉 So basically I’ve always been pretty fit and healthy: I’m 37, BMI 23, average

I'm only 39 and have just been diagnosed with AF.
I'm 39 and have been diagnosed as having AF. I've had it for 2.5 years, but it's only just been diagnosed- kept being told there was nothing wrong as it was hard to 'catch' on an ECG. It has got worse over the last 18 months and I was experiencing it constantly, it was very obvious on an ECG, so I went
