Was this sharp pain an ectopic, pvc or a muscle spasm of the heart?

So I was just sitting working and experienced an extra, hard beat right in the mid of my chest, localized was this super sharp pain and it gave me a head rush. It went away in seconds. I've never had this before. I have been overcoming successfully now a long battle with anxiety and stress which I'm winning. So of course I still get into my head from time to time. Also I notice if I don't breath regularly like properly because I'm working on the computer and so into it, that I forget to breath normally, I get these ectopics beats once in a while. Howver this one was a super heard and painful one. So was it that? Also what is the difference between an ectopic beat and a PVC, aren't they the same?

Any advice is appreciated

Thanks

Couldve been an ectopic as I have had a hard one before not very nice at all this was when i was going through very anxious times. A pvc is an ectopic yes and you can also get pacs .

Did you have a sharp pain following or during the ectopic as I've described?.

I don't know what else it coudl be. I've had painful ones before, but not this hard.

I guess stress, too much into my work, in my head, not breathing properly like

forgetting to breath and maybe the lack of oxygen and the stress and the excitement

from growing my business and the endorphis or adrenaline might have added to this

Yes and do you suffer badly from anxiety?

Yep but I'm doing things to remove it /manage it. It is working so far but now and then I get w,ay too much into myhead, have a full time job, 2 businesses I'm growing online, very focused and get into my head. I'm learning to just breath deeply once I start to notice I'm really into my head working on my businesses, or working and that seems to help. Also lack of sleep is another factor. Starting to sleep better also. I 've beengetting many pvcs in the middle of the night with hypnic jerks. I'm starting to sleep earlier . I notice if I sleep earlir, I sleep better. The later I sleep or try to, I get into my head and then when I start to fall asleep with anxiety I get heart palps and ectopics or many extra beats and get panicky.

Haven't gone to one. I know my mind,m body correlation is very tight.

I always feel like this, once I'm stressed

I know my heart is okay as I can workout without gassing out and never get tired.

I also did a cold water, test and I passed. So I know my circulation is good.

Also hard to get to see a doc at this time.

BTW my ectopic beat is like this

beat(extra hard beat) then next beat...back to regular rhythm

Sometimes there is no pause

It's just like an extra hard beat inbetween two regular beats

IS that a PVC or Ectopic?

I heard online that this doctor said an ectopic is like a hard beat after a pause from a normal beat. I don't see that pause

its just like beat....beat.(hard extra beat)....beat.....beat..

I know its anxiety and stress

Lastly, even if I went to a doctor, I don't trust them

and don't want to take chemicals and drugs and shit.

I would never do that.

I'm all into using my mind to cure myself which I've done over and over again

I'm doing that now also.

I recommend changing your mindset and relaxinb more.

A pvc is an ectopic beat sometimes its a pac which is similar but the extra beat comes from the top chambers of the heart. Yes need to try and relax better

Try Lavendar Tea, sniffing Peppermint essential oil, eat almonds, yellow jasmine tea mindful meditation, take on a task, project, start a business, volunteer, go out for a walk, Start living outside not inside. We both have to do this to get out of this . I'm forcing myself to go out for a walk. When I used to just live life, and not be focused on when I'm going to have the next Afib or PVC, I wouldn't get them. Its like when you don't focus on someone, they call you. When you obsess with them, they want to run away. This is like that but in the opposite way. When you focus on your heart, energy flows where your mind goes. It becomes more noticable, it says "hey" thumb, grind...bump. When you just let it be and leave it alone, it leaves you alone.

Try that.

Sorry to hear about that

Yes it's related to having anxiety or stress

Learn to breath regularly each day

Eat Almonds

Do Mindful meditation

workout and

just learn to continue to live life

Don't focus on them.

Remember energy flows where your mind goes.
