Welcome Claire. Sorry you have had a stressful time, we know only too well how this can upset our hearts. What were you told after the ACG on Tuesday?

Hi Claire. I’m 26 and also suffer from these PVC’s. I’ve had a few holters and the max i had in one 24hr period was 7. Yep, a full 7. And what was explained to me was if everybody the cardiologist had met that day was to have a 24hr tape done, he would expect to see more than half of them have at least a handful of ectopics too. Almost all of us will have a few ectopics a day, we’re just the lucky ones who get to fell them. Being anxious about etc, and i’m sure you’ve heard this before, will make you notice them more. Its easy to say but if you can learn how not to fear them you can train your brain to not feel them as much again. They are truly horrible things but they cannot hurt you, they are a normal occurrence for almost all of us.
