Brunch: Super Food Salad. 😋❤️🌺
. 🤗 I’m a little low on my energy right now as I get very tired when my
pmdd
starts 😖 so I made myself an early lunch with mixture of veggies, eggs, avocado, seeds, tomatoes, fruits and carrots in balsamic vinegar dressing. Midday dessert: oatmeal cookie and tea.

Thyroid and/or PMDD?
I’d love to understand if these things might be related, if they are because of thyroid issues or
PMDD
, and what the best course of action would be. To lower the thyroid dose and seeing what happens? Going to a doctor about PMS/
PMDD
to see if this can be diagnosed?

PMDD, Endo and the Marina Coil
Hi Everyone, This is my first time posting in this group. I was officially diagnosed with Recto Vaginal Endo at the end of last year after 15 years. I've since had it removed and been put on the Marina Coil. Physically I'm so much better than I was but I started getting really depressive episodes

Quetiapine- dosages and side effects
I also take sertraline (SSRI) for my terrible PMS/
PMDD
. And recently was put on pregabalin for anxiety which then went away. I am wondering what dosages people typically on. It knocks me out too much at 300mg. So am wondering if it would still be clinically effective at a lower dose.

My horrendous sciatica journey, facing being in a wheelchair due to endo. (Long, sorry)
I also have
PMDD
on top as well, which was roughly diagnosed the same time as my endo was suspected. When this is fixed me and my dog are going up into the peaks for a hike!. I just have to keep pushing on, keep accepting, keep adapting, keep surviving, what other choice do I have?

Could this be Lupus? A very long journey...
Later in life I was diagnosed with adenomyosis (sister of endometriosis), PCOS,
PMDD
and insulin resistance (from the PCOS). I have since had a hysterectomy and oophorectomy. But since trialing HRT multiple times, I've reacted terribly and had major flareups which can last for weeks.

Anybody hypo also suffers from PMDD
I believe now that I suffer from
PMDD
... I feel good after my period, however, a week prior to it, It's like a light switch, I go into a hole, feeling depressed and irritable. It goes away a couple of days after my period and it comes back every couple of months sometimes every month.

Thyroid testing
Learning about a whole new illness feels overwhelming, having only just begun to get my head around having
PMDD
which is life altering enough as it is. So any advice would be hugely appreciated!

Next steps after Thyroid Panel + Iron results
My symptoms are hair breakage, memory fog/loss, and I also have
PMDD
. I'm currently on 25mg levothyroxine after taking it for 4 weeks, and am told to review and test again with GP in 8 weeks time.

Headaches and Zolodex?
They are helping with severe
PMDD
though where my mood has significantly improved. I'll be getting a bilateral sarphingo oophechtomy if the injections help but I'm just wondering if the headaches will continue.

After reading about
PMDD
I’m convinced this is what’s happening to me and I wonder if there’s anyone else out there who feels the same. Thank you in advance if you read all this and if you reply. X

Advice on prostap injection
I was diagnosed with
PMDD
alongside
PMDD
I started with a pain in my ovary and after seeing a consultant he wants me to start the prostap injection to make sure the pain is hormonal... when I look at the side-effects I’m worried I’m 30 years old and don’t want to go through the side-effects of the menopause

Pmdd and under active thyroid
Does anyone else suffer with
pmdd
also ? I'm not sure if it's my thyroid or my
pmdd
. Feel like just come to a stop. Even walking round house seems an effort. But last couple of months I've noticed even after my period I've still had bad days so that's why think could be thyroid.

Has T3 resolved my PMDD?
Since becoming hypothyroid I have suffered from absolutely terrible PMS, to the point where I think it is actually
PMDD
. In addition to the usual PMS symptoms, for an entire week I hate literally everyone and can't stand being around people.

Heart racing when I lay down?
I should add I've just been diagnosed with
PMDD
so a lot of crazy hormone fluctuations going on. Heart was throughly checked 3 years ago (although that never really helps) I'm under a lot of stress right now and developing this "problem" has me on edge some more.
