Finally Something’s Working
Zytiga, Provenge, 8 rounds of Docetaxel and, now,
Pluvicto
. As is standard, after my third round of
Pluvicto
I had a PSMA PET scan. Finally, something seems to be working. I have numerous mets to my bones and lymph nodes.

Bad reaction after stopping abiraterone?
I’ve been in the current study for LU-PSMA-617 for the past 14 months; it’s evaluating the effectiveness of
Pluvicto
given at the beginning of the journey before chemo, but i’ve been in the control group.

Pluvicto and PSA
Hi Gents, Prior to starting
Pluvicto
my PSA was 29.29, after round 1, 23.67, after round 2, 14.47, after round 3, 17.70. I then had a PSMA-PET scan. It showed all bone metastases except one were either receding or gone. After round 4, my PSA is now 21.51. I don’t get it.

Radioligand Therapy May Improve Radiographic Progression–Free Survival in Taxane-Naive Patients With Advanced Prostate Cancer
Too late for me...but it looks like
Pluvicto
(and I think radio ligands in general) is moving up in the ladder to reach the first line treatment option https://ascopost.com/news/june-2024/radioligand-therapy-may-improve-radiographic-progression-free-survival-in-taxane-naive-patients-with-advanced-prostate-cancer

Anyone treated with enzalutamide +cabazitaxel?
I've had sequentially ADT+abiraterone; docetaxel+carboplatin;
Pluvicto
. PSA never got below 3. Latest CT bone scan shows progression in a few areas. RO will zap the progressing areas locally. MO suggested cabazitaxel (1st choice) or enzalutamide (discouraged because cancer is aggressive).

Hoping Pluvicto was Working
Hi Gents, Prior to having my fifth round of
Pluvicto
, I had bloodwork done at Quest Labs. I had the lab perform orders from three separate doctors. For some reason, they ran my PSA two times from the same blood draw. I had two different results: 21.51 and 30.0.

Success with PSMA-lutamide
But the edema crept back in, and I decided to continue, see a lymphedema therapist, and tough it out until I had done the two
Pluvicto
treatments.

Last Pluvicto injection
Hubby is very happy to be finished with his 6th injection of
Pluvicto
tomorrow. The long drive to and from the hospital was so time consuming and tiresome. What's next? The next psma pet will tell the story....

Rising ALP and declining PSA
I am on Xtandi as last ditch effort after Zytiga and
Pluvicto
eventually failed. After starting I have declining PSA but dramatically rising ALP. Any thoughts on what this means? Thanks all.

BAT treatment
Looks like this is the next step for hubby as LU177
Pluvicto
6 treatments completed. Unfortunately PSA has doubled, so going to try a reverse approach suggested by our Urologist. John Hopkins was the study trial location. Hubby would be our urologist first patient to try this.
