What are my options?

My bio is not necessarily up to date. I will update it but her is my most recent history and questions:

I was getting Pluvicto treatments. Was supposed to get 6 but foe some reason that is not entirely clear at this point it was decided (i have three oncologist and do not know which one or combination made this decision) to discontinue the Pluvicto and do targeted radiation instead. This was told to me by a PA in a zoom meeting and it was not mad clear who made the decision and on what basis. I was referred to a radiation oncologist who was to plan my treatment but she thought that targeted radiation was not appropriate since i have about 9 lesion sites. She is supposedly conferring with my other doctors to decide what to do.

My last Pluvicto was 2 months ago so I think that the PSA test I got today should represent what is going on in terms of progression. One month ago it was 30.68 and today is 47.13 this is a doubling rate of about 1.6 months which has me concerned. The pluvicto reduced the pain in my most painful lesion but now the pain seems to be returning.

Wondering why Pluvicto was discontinued (PSA did go down a little but no remarkable change) and what the rapid rise in PSA now might mean. Have a CT scan scheduled soon and probably a PSMA soon but it is nto scheduled yet. Too many doctors not enough communication.

In the mean time WTF is going on?

i still do not understand why Pluvicto was cancelled. i am waiting to hear about this. Pluvicto did seem to be dong something as evidenced by slight PSA reduction shrinking of tumors and less pain. so i really do not understand any of this

Check the clinical notes of the MO who is actually overseeing the Pluvicto treatments. You should see the reason there. They need to capture in the clinical notes the reason for there medical decisions.

than ks for the suggestion i have so many doctors it will be a challenge to find the right notes but i think i can narrow it down some?

unfortunately there is nothing in the notes that suggests the answer to my questions

I would contact your doctors and have them fill in the clinical notes. I would be concerned that it's not being done. I read my MOs notes every evening after my visit to make sure my visit and on going treatment decisions are captured correctly.

this particular case is complicated. until i hear from the new radiation oncologist none of us know who made the decision to stop pluvicto and it was not in response to a particular visit as far as i can tell so it makes sense that there are no notes. i was hoping to hear from doctor today but have not so far.
