Effexor start up side effects
So my dr recently switched me from Zoloft to Effexor 37.5mg. I started taking it last week and within 3 days I could already tell I was starting to feel weirder (out of it yet anxious, headaches, lethargic, etc). Since I was also decreasing my Zoloft dose from 50mg to 25mg she also thought maybe it’s

Issues
On Saturday night, I was in a negative place. On Saturday night, I was in a really negative place and needed a lot of reassurance, comfort and support. My psychiatrist ended up calming me down. My husband set me off earlier that evening and I really didn't know how to handle it. I did not want my pse

Back Pain
I woke up this morning and I can barely move. Everytime I move I’m having sharp pains in my lower back. I have back problems but I’ve never had them flare up just because. I’m going to talk to my doctor today. I think it is severe muscle tension. I had to force myself to go on a walk today and try and

Help I don’t know what to do.
Okay so I have been taking Librium for almost a year now. It has been an okay benzodiazepine, but last year I use to be on Xanax. Xanax was better it made my anxiety go down by a landslide. But Librium only manages the anxiety. So what do I do?

Prozac Dosage
My 15 year-old has been on Prozac since the end of October. His psychiatrist started him on 10mg, 4 days later put him on 20 mg. He did well on the 20mg but was still experiencing some anxiety with school. He was on 20 for 2 weeks and this past Friday she increased it to 30mg. He now is having trouble

college
being away @ college is so difficult when I'm in this state of mind. Its so easy for me to retreat from social interaction and fall out of a healthy rhythm. Lately I've been finding myself extremely lethargic (despite going to bed @ a decent time) and spending hours on end in the bed- skipping class

Advice?
It’s been a while since I posted and I have some questions and concerns about a few things. I’ve been taking Effexor now for the last 5 months and it seems to be working better than what I had taken before. However, I am wondering if there is another medication I can take in combination with Effexor

OCD and anxiety
Hello everyone. Wish everyone on here is having a blessed morning. I’ve been struggling the last few days, I guess cause I have a bit on my mind. I have my social security hearing next week, and I guess sitting in front of a judge when one has ocd, anxiety , and depression can be a bit overwhelming

Update on pain.....
So I went to the doctors this morning and it turns out I have pluresy and a chest infection the pain is related to the pluresy I have to go for a chest xray tomorrow. I've also been given some strong painkillers to help with the pain. I am relieved it's nothing more than that really. 😊

Accident with the wrong week :D
Today I planned on repeating W7R2 with Duck this morning. Somehow I selected W8R2 instead - not sure how that happened, obviously I was more sleep addled than usual this morning. I wasn't listening to Michael - standard, I only pay attention to him when he tells me my walks and run are over. But yeah

Medication advice
I am currently on Zoloft 200mg once daily to treat my persistent depressive disorder/major depression and anxiety. It seems to be really helping, I previously was on 100mg of Zoloft but this higher dose is better. I tend to have a strong resistance to medications - I need higher doses then some. It’s

Memory issues from using Pravacol
I sure hope that there are people on this site that can give me some help or at least hope. I quit Pravacol 2 months ago after taking it for 6 months... Memory issues!!! I was told that by now things would be returning to my normal but they haven't. I have read that possibly COQ 10 may help --- there

Memory loss with Pravacol and does CoQ10 help
Just found this site and see post from 5 yrs ago so hope there is still activity here. I stopped Pravacol after about 6 months because of the memory issues. I have been off it 2 months and still have not returned to my normal self. I am reading that CoQ10 may help but some say it must be with ubiquinol

Medication
Today I went for my follow up and my doctor got mad at me. He told me that I have to get on meds or he will no longer see me as a patient. Now I'm a see a psychiatrist which sucks because I know they going to want to put me on more meds. So by the time I knew it I was put on 3 different meds. Metoprolol

Week 5 Run 3 you little beast!!
I have a cold threatening to bench me to the IC but I’ve been dosing myself with vicks first defence and flu tablets in the hope of keeping it away from my chest. 🤧🤧So far so good and I decide to run today any way. 🤧🏃♀️🤧It was the big 20 min run and I’ve been dreading it for weeks. WEEKS! It was

Alzheimer’s Challenge - 3/4 Way Through
Well my dear fellow runners, just a quick recap on what I set out to do earlier in the year. After graduating last August from C25K - thanks to Mr Smooth and all the admins and mentors on here, I somewhat rashly set myself a target to run 2018km in 2018 to raise (hopefully) £2018 for Alzheimer’s Research

Hi Everyone, It’s been a while since I’ve posted. A couple months ago I had plunged into a depression especially about turning 60. Well, I decided to do something about it. I went to my doctor and she added Zoloft to my existing Wellbutrin XL. And, I am happy to report it’s working! Life still has all
