When best time of day to take plaquenil?
Hello I have just been reading that
plaquenil
can cause insomnia and nightmares which I suffer with. I take my
plaquenil
with my evening meal. When is the best time to take it? Would it be best in the morning?

Plaquenil has changed names
Hi everyone, I was prescribed
plaquenil
3 months ago for my palindromic arthritis. Found it made such a difference that I didn't realise how much pain I was in. 2weeks ago my GP put my repeat prescription in and I was given Quinoric. Within 48hrs I was in agony.

Plaquenil question
I read that
Plaquenil
can exasperate psoriasis. I have psoriasis like patches on my scalp and on my finger and toenails. Should I be worried about my symptoms getting worse?

The charity, Lupus UK, have carried out some research and issued the following statement: After speaking with Sanofi-Aventis Medicine's Information Department (the manufacturers of
Plaquenil
) we have learned that
Plaquenil
has now been 'de-branded' to generic but that the same formulation of the drug

Can't get Plaquenil Hydroxy chloroquine anymore
I had been taking
plaquenil
200mg hydroxychloroquine sulphate for many years, when switched to a quinoric version I was unwell. The Dr said to make sure
Plaquenil
was requested. I have just tried to put a repeat prescription through and
Plaquenil
is no more.

Do I or don't i?
My question is this, I started taking
plaquenil
a month ago 200mg a day. I have not felt this well for about a year. I have not been diagnosed with anything as my test results are negative. Since I feel well on the
plaquenil
, is this coincidence or not?

plaquenil and hydroxychloroquine hoax
just received word that the medicine is available for 25 dollars. some person who shall remain nameless at this time tried to collect extra money for this and other medications. I was a police officer for 30 plus years and this one caught me off guard, luckily was able to investigate and catch the crook

Hypoglycaemia and hydroxychloroquine
This might seem a bit of a an odd question, but has anybody on hydroxychloroquine (
plaquenil
) experienced low blood sugar episodes after eating? I've just seen it can be a side effect and I've been getting shaky and jittery after eating, especially something sugary.

Plaquenil-Side Effects
Hello folks, My Rheumatologist prescribed
Plaquenil
while we figure out what's causing my inflammatory arthritis symptoms. He's thinking RA, Lupus or CREST syndrome at this point.
