AF/tachycardia is the chaotic irregular beat or the extreme fast beats the main problem?
I also have a 3 lead
pacemaker
which has stopped the long sinus pauses and bradycardia. The HF has been caused by the AF as well as the leaky valve according to my Consultants at Barts London who I have been with for many years.

New Diagnosis of Cardiac Sarcoidosis
In the meantime I have had to have a
pacemaker
and ICD fitted to solve the arrhythmia symptoms. Does anyone else out there have Cardiac Sarcoidosis and any experiences to share?

Chronic subdural haematoma
He got a
pacemaker
, got home and all was well. He then developed a right sided weakness and over the next week became more confused and lost the ability to speak. He then had seizures and was rescanned. The haematomas were 23 and 27mm.

AFIB and GOUT
You will have to see a consultant and may have to have a
pacemaker
. Apparently there is a strong correlation between gout and AFIB, with further strong links to inflammation. He only went in with a swollen foot. As he said "There must be a special offer on this week"

Better from Pneumonia, but exhausted
It’s to see if I need
Pacemaker
, but even if I don’t need one, which I doubt I do! They will put this gadget in my heart to monitor me! It’s like getting a cardiac catherization ! Nothing too invasive, but I’m not happy about it! My husband in Nursing home and I find it very lonely without him!

Very helpful GP
I had an appointment this morning, after not being able to get one for months, with the GP who referred me for a second opinion about why I was still breathless and fatigued over a year after having a
pacemaker
.

Breathlessness and arrhythmias
Doc has recommended
pacemaker
with drugs. Off late I have been very breathless on the slightest exertion. Cant climb a flight of stairs without sitting down. Breathless when I lie down too. Chest pain is a constant reminder that something is off. Ectopics are persistent too.

Can A vibrating foot plate or magnetic shoe inserts be used with a pacemaker
Will using either of these affect a
pacemaker
or are the feet far enough away for it not to affect it?

Extremely worried about my daughter
The
pacemaker
My daughter has does not work anymore and they feel an operation to replace it would cause more damage to the valves and would be a dangerous operation.

Pacemaker triggering other organs.
My question is has anyone experienced Angina or similar chest pain triggered after their
pacemaker
implant, mine is a dual chamber PM. I've never suffered from Angina before. I have just been discharged from hospital after the onset of severe chest pain & am being treated as it being angina.

Mobitz Type II Heart Block
I was fitted with a
pacemaker
in May 2019. Although I did not have any symptoms such as dizzy spells before having the
pacemaker
, I do feel generally better and less tired now.

83 yr male ,PMR many years ,weakness in legs, doing reasonably well or was !....
Pacemaker
2yr ago, stroke syndrome, 2 months ago. Had got back to weekly swimming. However, last few weeks, legs really ache , swollen, weakness. I have reduced my PRED to 11mg/day in the last few months. Wonder whether the legs are a FLARE with the reduction of PRED.?

One way to quit.
I am now minus stomach, spleen, part of pancreas and had a large stone removed from my liver and also a
pacemaker
fitted. During those months I was far too ill to think of smoking. Today, on my first full day home from hospital, I notice a faint craving, manly when I work on my computer.
