Horrible horrible migraines
hello all! As some of you know, i've started taking Synthroid about a month ago (25 mcgs/ day) Still haven't gone back for my 6 weeks to potentially up the dose. I'm also taking 5000 IU of Vitamin D3 + 50 mcg of K2 every other day. I'm also supposed to start taking Flutamide (anti-androgen) for my PCOS

Supplements advice.
Hi, I’m currently supplementing vitamin D3, K2, magnesium citrate and selenium+zinc. I take my levothyroxine in the morning. Then I take vitamin D3 and K2 after my lunch. For magnesium citrate, I take it after my dinner. I just wonder when is the best/right time to take my selenium + zinc ?

Vitamin D3
Seen my GP today following the confirmation that I'm deficient in D3. RNHRD in Bath advised that I take 50,000 iu weekly for 6 weeks (x2 25,000 iu pills weekly). I asked my GP whether, and at what point I'd need re-testing to see and establish my levels and also to determine the proposed maintainance

added Vitamin D3 back into my supplements
…daily supplementation with 1200 IU vitamin D3 for 12 mo significantly prevented the deterioration of PD….https://academic.oup.com/ajcn/article/97/5/1004/4577000…. as measured with the HY stage, UPDRS part II and total, and some domains of the PDQ39, with no apparent increase in risk of hypercalcemia

Vitamin D - different tests- how to compare?
Can anyone tell me if my vitamin D levels have changed? The doctor ordered a different test to the one before so I cannot compare. I'm trying to figure out why I feel so tired and anxious. Results for April 27, 2018: VITAMIN D, 1,25 (OH)2, (18-72 pg/mL) 49 VITAMIN D3, 1,25 (OH)2

Increased levothyroxine dosage causing problems...?
Hi everyone. I posted a few days ago about dizziness and nausea and fatigue. Well I increased my levothyroxine to 125mcg (from 100mcg) because my TSH was 3.90 (0.50 - 5.00) - my Drs will not test T3. The first two days of the increase I had no issues. And that, alongside beginning iron tablets (on Drs
