Orgovyx

Since taking orgovyx since 6 weeks I have no symptoms as such and psa has come down to 1.175

Initial PSA 4.8 I was on one year Orgovyx and Nubeqa and finished three months ago. My nadir on ADT was 0.006. Today was my first post-ADT PSA test. It’s .313 and I’m shocked. I know above .2 over nadir is biochemical recurrence. Is there any chance this is the “bump”?

Now after being on ADT, mono-enzalutimide and now Orgovyx and enzalutimide, my latest DEXA Scan is still Normal according to the WHO standards.

Despite my starting in 2023 with a diagnosis of stage 5, Gleason 9 scores in half of my prostate, the biopsy and scans showed that I was non-metastatic. My medical oncologist declared that my ADT and SBRT rendered me in remission as of June, 2024. I am 85. My question is that suddenly in late July

He is on orgovyx and xtandi. He walks an hour daily and does 15-20 minutes of stationary cycling.

I know a side effect of Orgovyx is Long QT Syndrome, which, like bradycardia, affects the heart's electrical system. I wonder if bradycardia needs to be added to the list of Orgovyx's serious side effects. --Boon

Taking Xtandi and Orgovyx at 3:30pm ET daily and wondering how best to handle the time zone difference while on vacation?

I've been on Orgovyx and Zytiga. Furthermore, my PSA has slowly climbed from a low of 0.69 to 1.89. It's great that many of the small cancers disappeared, and the larger ones have shrunk and I do not have any bone pain. But, my question is essentially now what?

Currently stage four metastatic castrate resistant with multiple failures from robotic surgery to proton, SBRT, eclipse trial, Orgovyx, Provenge, and finally one recent SBRT to hit five spots from my upper spine, ribs and hip. My PSA is still low. but starting to go up from 1.2 to currently 2.5.

I have been on nubeqa and orgovyx for over six months now. Blood draw this week shows my PSA level at <.10 beginning 30 days of starting those two drugs. My MO suggested I have a regular PET scan. No need for a PSMA scan because my PSA is basically undetectable.

However I started on Orgovyx on June 19th and then I was switched to Firmagon and had the loading dose of that on August 28th.

Plan as it's set is 3-4 months of Orgovyx +Zytiga, hoping to shrink my oversize prostae (~71cc). I'll start IMRT in January or February, do (I think) 25 sessions + some for irradiation of the pelvis.

let me know your experience with ORGOVYX® (relugolix) after orchiectomy. I am not taking relugolix and searching for someone who fit into this criteria and their experience

I’ve been on Orgovyx since mid-December. Normal SE; fatigue, sweats, brain-fog, etc. May 10th I started adding Abiraterone acetate and Prednisone. The past week I’ve been experiencing stomach aches, sorta some contstipation (straining) and mild nausea. Any guesses if it’s the newer meds?

I had been hoping for a “cure” from pc after finishing 2 years of orgovyx/zytiga+pred starting 5/2021 and SBRT of pelvic nodes in 8/2021. But my psa began to rise in late 2023, continuing through the present. Current psa is 0.36. My MO has ordered a PSMA PET Scan/Pylarify for next week.

Orgovyx and Nubeqa dropped it to 62.93 Started Docetaxil #1 Psa 23.91 #2 Psa 11.41 #3 Psa 7.15 #4 Psa 4.15 #5 Psa 2.38 #6 Psa 1.66 MO wanted to continue to 8. I agreed . There was a 6 week delay before #7.

Or I’m wondering about asking to switch to Orgovyx instead. I’ve had a quite a bit of pain from injection site and get knocked out for a day or so after injection. Have read that Lupron also knocks people about a bit after injection.

PSA 5.4 started Orgovyx along with Xtandi for 12 months of 2023, vacation from 01/24 thru 05/24 PSA back to 4.8 along with new mets along with worsening former mets. 2023 Orgovyx/Xtandi combo dropped PSA to non detectable in 3 months.

I am on Orgovyx and Xtandi since June. I can't say if it is related to one of those drugs but for the past few weeks it feels like my eyesight is declining. At first I thought it was because I was due for a new pair of glasses so I had some made but it still does not feel right at times.
