Recommendations for keeping cool at night
Hi all, I’m 55 and have just hit menopause. I’m on oestrogel cream and utrogestan tablets to control my vertigo symptoms, which also means I’m not getting extreme menopausal symptoms. However, I do feel very hot at night and am having trouble sleeping. I have a tempur mattress (due to a back problem)

Ashermans syndrome, endometrium 2.5mm, poor responder, trying ICSI one last time for surrogacy
I did a HRT challenge for 60 days after this to see if I could thicken the lining, but it didn’t change despite 8mg
oestrogen
orally a day.

Perimenopause and worsening ADHD symptoms, anyone?
Any other Perimenopausal (I am 52) women who had managed their ADHD fine until this phase of life hit and now you are a trainwreck with worsening symptoms? There is research out there which points to Estrogen having a strong affect on ADHD, and that has been true for my life. My worst symptoms did

What were your symptoms in the TWW after medicated FET?
The only symptom I had from the
oestrogen
and progesterone I'd been taking before my transfer was mild cramping here and there.

Low progesterone
I am on
oestrogen
(elleste) and progesterone (utrogestan 200mg x3 a day) with them. I have also been having my immune system treated with a private clinic. The day of my transfer the private clinic tested my progesterone and said it was low adding 1 Lubion injection a day.

Hot flashes
It’s been eight months since my complete hysterectomy. My hot flashes and night sweats are terrible. Because of estrogen fed breast cancer and being on an estrogen blocker I’m wondering if I can get relief with anything? How long can I expect This to last?

PMS during 2WW after FET
What were you feeling during your 2WW? I feel like I'm experiencing PMS. Sore back, breasts getting bigger, cranky, etc. Although I'm not breaking out, which I normally do. I'm on progesterone and estrogen so I thought I wouldn't get PMS.

Suspected Endo and High Oestrogen levels
Has anyone else had such high
oestrogen
levels and it been a ok? (I defo wasnt preggo btw) Basically the MRI is to check if I have an
oestrogen
producing tumor. I have no idea how likely that is so anyone with a benign reason for isolated very high
oestrogen
levels, hit me up.

Raised Gamma GT - won’t come down despite no alcohol
I am not obese, don’t have diabetes, take no meds except
oestrogen
gel for menopause. Nothing else I can think of which could be relevant. My GP is not taking me seriously, repeat tests in 3 months time, but what more can I do if I am already not drinking?

Gederal Pill - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Gederal also left me with a very dry vagina and I had to try many
oestrogen
creams to help it. Nothing worked and once I came off Gederal my vagina went back to how it should be. Since coming off this pill my mental health has been much better but my skin has become horrific!

Anyone experienced perimenopause with endometriosis?
I was worried about taking
oestrogen
only HRT because I knew it might cause endo problems. G.P said because I don’t have a uterus anymore I don’t need progesterone. I know this isn’t true but I didn’t feel I could challenge her about it.

Blood Test results - interpretation please
Hi all Ive just had female hormone panel done - am I reading this wrong or are my
oestrogen
levels off the scale? I am perimenopausal but currently using Utrogestan and supplementing with Menofriend which contains phytoestrogens? It has me really concerned.

UP AND COMING ENDO APPT
Hi I would appreciate any advice or facts to get a prescription of T4. Graves patient. I have been told unofficially by the hospital Endo over the phone I am T3 dominant. I was also told that on 30 Sept I will not be starting block and replace but rather there is another plan for me plus on top of that

How on Earth did I get here?
In May my GP prescribed
oestrogen
cream. (telling me not to read the side effects- which I of course did) and mentioned ‘irritable bladder syndrome’ linked to post menopausal problems for the first time and told me to look it up.

Potential epilepsy/undiagnosed
Hi all, just wondered if anybody here has experienced similar to me. I haven’t been diagnosed with epilepsy but I suspect I may have it. I’m a 23 year old female, and since 2017 I have been experiencing migraines with aura but I’ve never had a painful migraine after or if I do it’s less than an hour

Reaction to estrogen
Has anyone had a reaction to oral estrogen? My father has been taking HONVAN for past two weeks and he developed painful gynecomastia and skin rashes for past 3-4 days. Currently we have stopped the honvan tablet until we get next appointment with the MO.
