Should I be worried about the PSa rise?
Hello, my father's PSA, which was 0.0876 last month in pre-chemotherapy tests, is 0.103 this month. He had Zoladex done on May 24. Do you think PSA is on an uptrend?

Hi ladies, I'm really struggling at the moment to be able to cope with how sad and anxious I feel over my infertility and being in the menopause at 33. It sounds so silly but I feel such a social outcast, all my friends are starting to having children and settle down and I am in the menopause battling

Treatment Plan- I Need Your Ideas...
Hello, My father's PSA value was 24 in February 2022. According to the biopsy results, 8 of 13 foci had a Gleason score of 10. Ga-68 PSMA PET scan revealed metastatic prostate cancer. There was no spread in his bones. Her chemotherapy started in February 2022 and ends in June. He also gets a Zoladex

Enzalutamide (Xtandi) side effect
I became hormone resistant two months ago and was perscribed enzalutamide. While it did hold my PSA down to 0.1, I found the side effects devastating. I was a 7-year veteran, having had radiation HIFU and Zoladex (quarterly), none of which prepared me for my reaction to enzalutamide. I get up in the

Bowel problems
Hi everyone Just wanted to know if endometriosis and adenomyosis causes anyone else bowel issues. I either have extreme diarrhoea or am constipated at least once or twice a week now. And now also hip and back pain! Is that also part of it. I’ve been formally diagnosed with both for about 15 years

PSA jump after 2weeks post-RALP - does this indicate CRPC?
Hi all. This situation is a bit abnormal, but wanted to gather some thoughts. My father was DX'ed last September with Gleason 4+4, tertiary 5. He had his RALP + PLND 2 weeks ago. Pathology showed ECE+, PNI+, SVI+, LVI-, 2/16 small LN mets (unfortunately, poorer than what imaging showed), and close PSM

Bleeding after sex, back pain & zoladex
I have just been referred back to gynaecology as I believe my symptoms are my endo/ or scar tissue from my laparoscopy giving me jip. Every other doctor has said that my symptoms are textbook endo but my gynae said it most likely wouldn’t be back as I’m only a year post op. On top of debilitating pelvic

Zoladex vs merina coil vs surveillance MRI
I have stage 4 endo with a few laparoscopies and laser treatment. I want to avoid surgery (as I’m full of adhesions) and have been offered zoladex to try or merina coil (no idea why but coil petrifies me as it’s so painful even having a smear!). Last time I had the progesterone implant it negatively

Good day, we had a consult with our urologist and he is prescribing zoldron for my dad because of metastasis, i have read some terrible side effects so i told our uro about that, to which he replied it probbly depends on the brand as some may have bad additives, also none of his patients reported any
