Hi guys , hope you are all doing well !

I haven’t written for a while as have needed time to process everything john is on apulutimide and zoladex and exgeva and has been doing really well . His psa is down to 0.07 so we were happy he have another pmsa scan which showed resolve in all lymph nodes barring one and all lesions barring 2 but they have shrunk to nothing so all good but today we went for his psa check up and it has risen to 0.09 should we be worried ? Doctor says she isn’t worried but obviously she is testing every 6 weeks but thinks it’s just a fluctuation . What do you all think ?? Thanks Carol

FWIW, my blood tests are every 3 months.

I think maybe it’s because it’s early days he is doing every 6 weeks . He was only diagnosed 18 July 2021 . But thank you for replying and lots of love and luck x

Weeks? I thought you said six months. Whatever the case, best of luck to you.

It is rate of change, not a small fluctuation that matters. Keep testing every 6 weeks to see pattern, if any.
