I was also found to have low complement C3 and C4, plus mild
neutropenia
, low iron and low ferritin . I have found that iron supplementation only resolves the iron deficiency for a short period before it returns.

Neutropenia - Again!
I first developed
neutropenia
in October 2019 (three months post surgery). Resolved over the next two months with a reduction of Myfortic to 180mg twice a day (with higher dose of Prograf), removal of Valcyte, and one injection of Neupogen.

Hello Everyone, I saw my Rheumatologist today and she is a little concerned about my very low white blood cell count, (heading into
neutropenia
territory), and so she is changing my tocilizumab jabs to fortnightly.

Docetaxel rechallenge in mPCa.
There were 7 severe adverse events (grade 3 or more) including anemia (8.7%),
neutropenia
, thrombocytopenia, leukopenia, diarrhea, and nausea (4.3% each). Conclusions: Docetaxel rechallenge showed meaningful anti-tumor activity with acceptable toxicity in heavily pretreated patients with mCRPC.

Can taking Bactrim make you neutropenic?
Could the
neutropenia
be drug induced and cause bone marrow depression? Why would his lactic count be elevated? He is 11q deleted, unmutated. His lymphocytes are in the low normal range, and his LDH is normal. I am very scared about the next appt. Even more worried because of Covid-19.

They also put mild
neutropenia
next my neutrophil but satisfactory and normal next to my b12 Since my Levo increase of 25mcg I feel a lot better but I know the doc will want to reduce it Was that why I was feeling so exhausted with joint and muscle pain or could it be the
neutropenia
or b12 Any help

Stopping Ibrutinib?
Can other meds cause
neutropenia
like Acyclovir or Bactrim?? He is 11q deleted and unmutated. Does this look like Ibrutinib is not working?

Why, with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia, CLL, White Cell percentages can be dangerously misleading. You may not be neutropenic!

9 months from SLE diagnosis and STILL no rheumatology - How do you access healthcare and rheumatology?
No idea if this is an SLE thing, due to
neutropenia
or something else. Been subjected to a multitude of failures. There is no such thing as healthcare in North Wales. Had an IPFR completed on March 13th for me to access rheumatology at Countess of Chester in 4-6 weeks.

Thyroid results interpretation?
I also have
neutropenia
and thrombocytopenia and low C4 complement levels along with - hand problems, fatigue, muscle aches pains, insomnia, constipation. Dr Google seems to be indicating Hashimotos.... Where should I go next - request referral to endocrinologist?

Casodex failure? What's next?
Other than some slight
neutropenia
, he has felt great (minimal side effects from all the treatment-we have been so lucky in this regard!) What I want to know is this: Does this mean it’s now terminal? Stage IV? Is he still considered hormone sensitive? What are typical next steps?

Seemed to recover from

and sepsis. Then got chest infection. Not recovering well. My PSA on diagnosis was 821. It is now down to 3.1. Since diagnosis last September have monthly Degarelix injections. Chemo was stopped.

Neutrophils lowest end of range
I removed my thyroid because I kept having
neutropenia
(to the point where my neutrophils were literally 0), which the doctors said was caused by carbimazole.

Is there a link between neutropenia and hypothyroidism?
I have had a very low neutrophil count for the last 4 years. Has anyone heard of a connection between this and being hypothyroid?
