Sleep and Diabetes: What’s the Connection?
In
neurofeedback
, sensors are placed on the head, enabling patients to see for themselves how the electrical activity of the brain changes as they relax. With the help of the biofeedback therapist, patients learn how to slow their brain activity to alleviate stress.

Neurofeedback Treatment for ADHD/ADD
Hello, I'm wondering if anyone has tried
neurofeedback
/biofeedback treatments for ADHD/ADD. If so, please share your thoughts and experiences. There is one practitioner in my local area, and the treatments are quite expensive and not covered by insurance.

NF and ADD
ADD daughter on
neurofeedback
(NF) treatment. She isn't or has ever been medicated. It has worked great for my son for other issues. I am wondering if anyone has ever used NF to treat ADD and what was your experience? Did it help, was there any improvement? Did you see any difference?

Neurotherapy
Has anyone tried neurotherapy/neurotherapyfeedback for ADHD? It is a big investment that insurance does not cover, wanted to know if anyone has any feedback about it.

Anxiety or health problem
My doctor says it's my anxiety causing the problem and recommended me to a
neurofeedback
practitioner. That has helped my anxiety but I'm still plagued by pain. Help?

Miracle for anxiety/panic
I have have tried CBT,
neurofeedback
, beta blockers, accupunture you name it! but a month ago I tried Sudarshan KRIYA. it was AMAZING. I didn't take the course for anxiety, but it cleaned my mind! IT'S like all my prior treatments on steroids. It was nothing I expected. I would say try it!

Was this a panic attack or something else?
Do you think there is any connection between this event and the
neurofeedback
session? I'm thinking there might be, as on a few prior occasions, the night of the day I have had the
neurofeedback
sessions I have had some pretty intense nightmares and woke up with a startle.

Neurofeedback 'brain training' for TBI?
I read something about this last year when I was suffering during the acute phase of my mTBI and post concussion syndrome, and wondered if anyone had ever had this? If so, is it effective, and can you recommend it? Or is it one of those treatments that is overrated and under-researched? Not meaning

Migraine revolution- a must read for migraneurs.
it's got some of the stuff we know already like certain vitamins, exercis, sleep and balancing hormones but something that is new to me is
neurofeedback
. If you've never heard of it read up on it.
