I have read this book, it's 450 pages so can't tell you everything in there but I would strongly reccomend you read this book.

It provides a very refreshing approach to migraine causes, how a migraine happens and how to help yourself with various treatments ( not drugs!) it's got some of the stuff we know already like certain vitamins, exercis, sleep and balancing hormones but something that is new to me is neurofeedback. If you've never heard of it read up on it. I've already found someone qualified who will come to my home to perform this so am seriously considering it as my next attack on the migraine beast!
