The pain and experience is so bad I had a

Hi, I finally managed to get all my old blood results from my GP. I've only had ferritin tested X3 over the years, Range hasn't changed from 10-291ug/L Nov 2007 24 (this was at Hashi's diagnosis) Dec 2015 16 Jan 2021 15 (this was requested by me after coeliac diagnosis) Dire aren't they? The latest

Are these symptoms typical 2 weeks post op?
I had my hysterectomy 2 1/2 weeks ago. I have had my uterus, cervix and fallopian tubes removed. I lost 1/2 litre of blood during surgery so I have been given ferrous sulfate to take for a month. Blood pressure is at the lower end of ok. But still, it's ok :) I have two questions... I am feeling dizzy

Update on Ferrous Bisglycinate
A quick update on Ferrous Bisglycinate. Prior to this, I have only had success with Liquid Ferrous Sulfate. After trying all the other over counter medications, the doctor prescribed the Liquid. I got an immediate boost to my levels. A prescription is not necessary, but within 4 months I could

T3 or not T3
Hi Below are my recent results. I’m on 100mg thyroxine. My T3 is low but it’s higher since I stopped taking the T3... as when I was on it I felt no difference, but I was only on 75mg thyroxine then. I really would like to feel the benefits of T3 that u all describe but I just can’t find the right balance

Thought hashimotos, Now graves
Well after a year of thinking I had hashimotos (lots of hypo symptoms, including low t4, positive tpo antibodies), treated this with levo. I then had a 'flip', came off levo, symptoms remained, so had the TSH receptor antibody test and tested positive for Graves Disease (with a range of symptoms, palpitations

When should I take Ferrous Fumarate?
When is the best time to take Ferrous Fumarate if I'm also taking levothyroxine and other supplements? I'm currently taking levothyroxine as soon as I wake up and then all of my supplements (including Ferrous Fumarate) with lunch and again with tea. I feel like I should probably be taking Ferrous Fumarate

Need to ask my GP to up my Levo dose, but by what amount?
Hello, I've been on 100mcg Levothyroxine for a while but have started experiencing difficulty maintaining/losing weight, a very itchy rash on my hands (which I've had previously when my TSH was above 1) and extremely cold extremities/Reynaud's syndrome on feet and hands. I've also felt generally a bit

Asthma combined with other conditions?
I have had asthma since I was 19 and next month I am 50. About 3 years ago, I was diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnoea and another related condition beginning with H? I have PolyCystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia. Lockdown has been difficult in terms of staying active

Iron ferritin levels
Hello, My ferritin level is 35 so my doctor has given me ferrous sulphate tablets. 200 mg. take one tablet twice a day. I have been reading on here that ferrous bicglycinate has better results. Would you advise me to continue with the ferrous sulphate, or change to ferrous bicglycinate. Thanks
