Alanine transaminase 75 (range 0-34). Alkaline phosphatase 159 (range 30-130). TSH now 0.08 was 3.71, free T3 4.9

Is this subclinical hyperthyroidism?
I recently had a blood test which showed that my TSH was 0.27mU/L (0.35.5.5) and T4 was 11.3pmol (10-20). I'm waiting to hear back from my doctor, but does this show that there's potentially an issue with my thyroid? This is all new to me so I would appreciate some help, thank you.

postpartum thyroiditis

Surprise at GP
had an appt this morning about gut/urgency issues and finally got round to asking what my very first TSH reading was, in August 2021, 3 months post hip replacement surgery. My understanding was that I was borderline - I didn’t even know what that was! I was retested six weeks later and a bit higher,

Currently undiagnosed but feeling awful, sore muscles, fatigue, hoarse voice, dry hair and skin, eyebrow loss on the outer third, constipation etc. My TSH was tested in September for some GI issues which turned out to be lactose related and it was 2.9 (ref 0.5-5.5) These are my results from last week

I saw the endo last week. Told her all my symptoms but she didn’t seem interested just that my TSH and ft3&ft4 were in limits. She said a lot of my symptoms could be from something else or age related. I said about vitamins and she said she would do them so that I could take some to see if that helped

Could increasing Levothyroxine push me into hyperthyroidism
Hello, my TSH level is 2.35, up from 1.49 two years ago. I asked my GP for an increase in Levothyroxine as I felt better when my TSH level was lower. He said I was in the range and if he increased the medication from 100 to 125 he risked pushing me into hyper. Is this correct? I assumed the blood test

metformin & tsh level
does anybody have any experience with metformin lowering TSH level? I came upon a study that said it can lower tsh in hypo patients. My daughter has been on 500 mg metformin for years. Her tsh is always low and she has a ton of hypo symptoms. I have hashimotos and my gut tells me she is headed there.

Success Yesterday! I’ve been prescribed T3! But should I reduce my Levothyroxine?
Hello everyone, currently feeling relieved and hopeful, I had my consultation with the Roseway Labs pharmacist and she agreed my FT3 level was too low (4.2 - range 3.1 - 6.8). She has prescribed Sigma Pharma 2.5mcg daily for the first 2 weeks and then 5mcg per day. Looking forward now to them

Help with results and my doctor
HI I've been having challenges with my doctor, who won't listen to me despite some great articles and advice from this group. Back in November my TSH level was 4.83 (range 0.35 to 4.94) and T4 14.0 (range 9 - 19.05). I was on 50mg of levothyroxine for my UAT diagnosed in Sept 23. She refused to listen

why does T3 make me feel worse?
This is what I just googled in desperation after trialing 2.5mcg of T3 again after many months of T4 only due to T3 failed attempts. It’s not in my head, it’s a very specific feeling a few hours after taking it and that feeling is severely hypothyroid. I can hardly think or operate my brain. Google
