Hi all anyone heard of LDN or low dose
Naltrexone
? There seem to be good results for ms sufferers and other autoimmune disorders although there is no mention of PMR specifically.

Why can't I stop drinking?
I was hoping to be prescribed
Naltrexone
but have to be abstinent first. If I could stop drinking I wouldn't need help! If I smoked there'd be no stigma and a range of readily available treatments. I never thought I'd be in this situation, unable to stop a harmful habit.

but they can organise someone to come to the him with basic leg exercise but of course no equipment so either way its going to be a long process also which I haven't discussed with doctors here as they have to stick to there mainstream medicines as I have said previously I have researched low dose

Has anyone tried LDN Low Dose Naltrexone?
Hoping that someone with autoimmune condition will share their experience with LDN. I have myasthenia gravis, Hashimotos and chronic urticaria. I have changed my eating habits (on autoimmune paleo diet) which helped a lot and switched from levothyroxine to ndt. However, I still suffer from fatigue,

Trying Fluoxetine(Prozac) for Raynauds
Getting muscle and joint pain, fatigue under control with Celebrex, Plaquenil, and low dose
naltrexone
. I also take a lot of vitamins and natural supplements. I tried taking a calcium channel blocker for my Raynauds, but it didn't help, and caused pretty significant edema in my feet and legs.
