Periodic Limb Movement Disorder
Hello everyone. Several weeks ago I started taking Pregabalin whilst weaning off Pramipexole. I’m now on 150mg of Pregab. 3 weeks ago, I took my last Pram! Yayyyyyy!!!!! Since then, the RLS has almost completely gone, which is a lovely result. However, my night time PLMD is quite bad. Sleep deprivation

Tramadol
I recently saw a new neurologist, told her my RLS history, and she said there is nothing more she could give me, as ive tried everything she's allowed to give me, so she has decide to send me to the
movement
disorder
clinic at the same hospital, she did seem to know her stuff as she talked about ferritin

Trazodone and Sertraline
I've also noticed an increase in my symptoms of Restless Legs Syndrome and Periodic Limb
Movement
Disorder
, and I also now have severe insomnia - it can take hours to fall asleep. I feel that the Sertraline is no longer helping with my depression, and that is has caused the other issues as well.

Need advice on my tremor symptoms
He is going to probably put me on sinemet to see how I respond or send me to a
movement
disorder
specialist. I am most shaky with tremors in my shoulders. It's worse in the morning and progressively gets better as the day goes on.

Movements and tactile stimulation to counter tremors.
In addition, there's also an argument perhaps, not to delay taking meds as one is more likely to ingrain the
movement
disorder
early in the disease, rather than later.

One Small Setback...
I see the
movement

doctor in less than two weeks, and I am curious about his thoughts. I am enjoying reading the posts from the forum, and what a crazy disease this is taking all of us on. The viewers reporting back are so helpful, and I appreciate you and this fourm.

Can aps cause dystonia?
Admitted to hospital a few days ago with what I thought was seizures but now told are not seizures and possibly a
movement
disorder
like dystonia. I get full body muscle spasms. So I'm wondering if aps could cause dystonia.
