RLS and Lactose?
Hello Everyone, It's been so good to discover this forum and read about everyone's struggle with RLS. I've had RLS since childhood (my parents remember me having to stand up in the car, or pulling over to let me walk around). But until now, it has been manageable to just get up and watch the movie standing

Has anyone successfully swapped madopar or sinimet for mucuna pruriens? How did you work out dosage? Can anyone recommend a reliable source at a constant strength in U.K.?

I would like to introduce myself!
Hi, I am Roy and I was diagnosed with PD about 6 years ago but the symptoms had been there for at least 2 years before. My then neurologist put me on Cardiodopa 300mg. My GP thought the side effects outweighed the benefits and we tried homeopathic remedies. At the time I was being treated for high blood

Diarrhoea
I have had diarrhoea for over 15 months. I have worked with my GP, Movement Disorder team, enterologists, naturopaths - with some improvements - but never returned to my previous "enjoyable stool" behaviour!! I am not losing weight, eating healthy diet, based on Ayurveda principles for last 4 months
