Hi ,,is anyone taking madopar for RLS and if so are you doing ok ?i have been prescribed this med today as pramapexel didn't last very long before I was getting my symptoms earlier in the day among other things ,and haven't heard a lot about this med

Madopar is just another form of Dopamine agonist. You will likely end up with augmentation again.

It might be an idea to check out gabapentin/ Horizant or pregabalin and other non DA meds.

To answer your question exactly - Madopar will likely affect you similar to how Mirapex ( pramipexol) has affected you.
