Letrozole for natural conception
Has anyone tried letrozole for natural conception ? Or any other medication if we want to try natural? Some background: I had 3 failed IVF cycles and then conceived naturally. Trying for a sibling the natural way first before embarking on another IVF. Can anybody share what meds might help?

New primary Breast Cancer! Grade three lobular triple negative! Unrelated to my MBC. Time frame for surgery?
I was diagnosed with de novo MBC in November 2018 and no lump was found. So started on Ibrance and Letrozole as my first line of treatment. I recently felt a large lump in my breast appear almost overnight and mentioned it at my oncology appointment a few weeks later. I was then booked in for a biopsy

surgery and Ibrance
Morning all, , I was wondering if anyone has had knee replacement and had to go off Ibrance. I had to stop taking it 4 weeks before, and 6 weeks after surgery. I put off the surgery as long as I could because I was so nervous to go off the Ibrance. I continued letrozole and all other meds . I have a

Letrozole vs IVF in PCOS and low sperm count
Me and my partner have been TTC for over 2 years (for 3 years before this we weren't on any birth control and were casually TTC). We have recently seen a fertility Dr where I have been diagnosed with PCOS and my partner has been diagnosed with a low sperm count (initial test was 11mil (0% NF) and repeat

Thank you everyone for sharing!
Yesterday I posted that I was getting ready to start Ibrance and Letrozole and asked what time most people take them. I am overwhelmed with the amount of information shared. Thank you so much for everyone who shared. I really appreciate the feedback and all the other important information and tips

Hi I had a positive pregnancy test at day 25 today of our last month trying naturally with Letrozole and Cyclogest..... I usually have a 28 day cycle - we were starting our treatment next month our final FET. Should we not take this as pregnant until day 28? The line is really dark.... I am a

Too Much Sleep
Afternoon Ladies, I'm on Afinitor, Letrozole & Xgeva. I'm doing really well on this combo, as far as getting rid of the cancer, but quality of life...none. I literally sleep about 20-22 hours a day. I get up, I'm up about an hour and then all I want is to go back to sleep. I'm usually up for about an

I know there’s been much discussion on Ibrance Letrozole and hair loss- does it stop
Hi all, Everyone here is so helpful, I’ve read many posts about Ibrance, Letrozole and xcheva and hair loss. My question will it stop? Taking Biotin not helping, wash hair only a few times a week. I “had” extremely thick hair and it’s so fine now. Hoping it stops and re-grows I’m on my 6th month

Tumor Marker Confusion
Hi all!! Hope everyone is having a good weekend! Here's my question, has anyone had a rising and high CA 15-3 with a normal CEA marker test result? My CA 15-3 has been rising steadily for over 2 years. It never got to a normal level after starting treatment (Ibrance, Letrozole, Xgeva). Before any

Weight Gain
Hello my fellow warriors, hope all is well with everyone. I am on Kisqali and Letrozole. As most have noted before me, Letrozole comes with aches and pains and mine sometimes are debilitating so my oncologist prescribes prednisone and I have gained a lot of weight. I can't take the strong pain killers

Flashing smiley all the time?
We are having our last month trying with Letrozole and cyclogest before we prep for our Sept FET. I am trying to understand these clear blue ovulation sticks and getting a solid smiley then a flashing smiley for a few days.... Wondering why..... Sorry I am posting a lot of questions on here lately!

Ibrance = Colitis?
Hello Warriors- I’ve been on Ibrance and Letrozole since March of 2020. I’m just getting over my second bout with Colitis. My Dr had me stop Ibrance until I’ve recovered. He said it can be a direct cause of this very painful disease. Has anybody had this experience. Have a blessed day!

Glad I've stayed positive!
Just to say ladies, that after two years on letrozole and ibrance, and feeling so much better, I've been on my first foreign holiday since early 2020. I've had five vaccines and wear a high grade mask and look after myself. I went with my partner to the Spanish Pyrenees for a walking holiday. I was

Zometa
Hello - I’d love to know your experience with Zometa or Prolia. My recent bone density shows what my oncologist says is “significant” loss of bone density in 2 areas of my hip and spine probably due to Letrozole. So far I have refused Zometa because my sister had developed a hole in her jaw from this

Building up the immune system
I am very new to the metastatic breast cancer journey having been diagnosed last March. I am eighty-five and outside the age for chemo but prescribed letrozole. I am pleased to say the lumps in my neck and skull are greatly reduced. I have no way of knowing about my lungs except that I am no longer breathless

New to the group
Hi, KIATEAL here. Just learned of local recurrence. Pet and bone scan to follow. Not sure whether I’m in the right forum. Followed a link while checking out Letrozole. No chemo/radiation etc so far. Surgery and Care Oncology Protocol only. Now 1 1/2 year later local recurrence after mastectomy. Waiting
