Letrozole for natural conception

Has anyone tried letrozole for natural conception ? Or any other medication if we want to try natural?

Some background: I had 3 failed IVF cycles and then conceived naturally.

Trying for a sibling the natural way first before embarking on another IVF. Can anybody share what meds might help?

I’m trying letrozole for the first time this month while trying naturally during a break from FETs. Not sure if it will work yet as I am just about to ovulate so we’ll see. Clinic did a scan and said I have 3 follicles so the letrozole must have worked. Apparently I can wait for a static face on the CB tests or take a trigger shot tomorrow, I got this from my fertility clinic as belts and braces but I do normally ovulate anyway.

I was told it’s not as successful as IVF but in between cycles can do no harm to try.

Have you decided to letrozole? It’s all new to me as I’ve done 5 IVF cycles but just want to try this in between fets cycles x

I tried letrozole for 6 months with no luck at all...I had really bad side effects that I needed to call the ambulance. It is definitely worth to try but usually chances are so slim. IUI is offering a success rate per cycle up to 20%, induction with letrozole is even less than that when an IVF cycle with PGS tested embryos is offering a success rate of 70-80%. My clinic has a success of 91% with tested embryos. Good luck 🤞😃
