I’ve been on Ibrance and Letrozole since March of 2020. I’m just getting over my second bout with Colitis. My Dr had me stop Ibrance until I’ve recovered. He said it can be a direct cause of this very painful disease. Has anybody had this experience.
Have a blessed day!

I’m sorry you experience it. Do you also neutropenia? If that’s the case, your body is not strong enough to fight infection. It’s typical to stop Ibrance during infection, post surgery and invasive procedure.
So, in my opinion, Ibrance doesn’t cause colitis directly, but increase the chance of occurring by causing neutropenia.
