Potential Problems with Injectable Methylcobalamin. Advice Needed Please
This is the first time I have ever experienced this reaction from either
Methylcobalamin
or Hydroxocobalamin injections. The supplier is, apparently, a new one for them: North American Custom Labratories.

Can anyone recommend a good haematologist?
I self administered
methylcobalamin
sublingually (1000 mcg daily) which worked very well indeed. I have no doubt that the
methylcobalamin
addressed my symptoms. It even addressed symptoms that I had not identified as symptoms.

Saga Rheumy appointment dead end!
So, sourced
Methylcobalamin
and taking one tab a day from now and will move on. Conceded stomach not emptying could be nerve related after noted report from Barium swallow. She too said all aok, despite my still having meal in oesophagus for hours. No further forward again. No interest.

Rant about the FDA
The next level of this particularly stinky onion is the fact that the supply shortage and cost increase of cyanocobalamin is what pushed me to agree to trying
methylcobalamin
instead. It's certainly not cheaper, but it's the go-to version of naturopaths since it is considered more bio-available.

B12 deficient newbie pondering PA testing
After emailing him back he prescribed Neurobion tabs which contain only 200mcg of cyanocobalamin... took those for a couple of weeks whilst doing some reading up and saw no improvement in symptoms so have now 'prescribed' myself some
methylcobalamin
5000mcg sublingual lozenges.

Small fibre sensory neuropathy
Forgot to say, I took sublingual
methylcobalamin
vitamin b12 for a couple of years and last blood test was about 898 so I was told to stop. It didn't really help though.

B12 supplement
I know
methylcobalamin
is best as there is cyneid in the other one. All the levels look so high though and gives like 10,000% of daily amount which seems crazy! What's the lowest dose you can get? My b12 is 214 but dr won't treat me so trying to help myself.

Is Anyone Self Injecting Methylcobalamin?
The
Methylcobalamin
is not very thick so the insulin needle works quite well. I did wonder though if half inch length was long enough? Is anyone else injecting
Methylcobalamin
? It's better for me only because it contains no preservatives. Although you try anything when desperation hits.

Source of Methylcobalamin Ampoules please.
Can someone please tell me where to obtain the
Methylcobalamin
ampoules which used to be obtainable from Arnika pharmacy in Munich? They have given some firm in the U.K . the agency to sell them . I saw it mentioned here, but can't find the reference. Thanks.

Problems with sublingual methyl. Should I take hydroxocobalamin?
To fix that, I bought Jarrows sublingual
methylcobalamin
1000 mcg, but it's not working. I've already taken 4 and can't feel any improvement. When I take one cyano injection I actually feel some changes in the next day.

started self injecting and just need some feedback please.
So I've bitten the bullet and started self injecting for the last 3 days with
Methylcobalamin
. Was advised to inject 1ml for 7 days then twice the following week, then once a month unless symptoms remain the same or worsen again.

Learn to Help Yourself First !
I did not want to have B12 jabs because I have a skin problem and so I purchase B12
Methylcobalamin
oral spray to spray under the tongue which gives me energy. I suggest you delve into the info on the internet to learn alot more than you will in a local doctor's surgery........

I'm new and don't understand what my B12 should be after first doses.
I had one 1200mcg sublingual cyanocobalamin, 3 days later had one dose 1000mcg
methylcobalamin
. I got tested 1 week later and now I am at 677? Does this sound too high for only a few doses? "Doctor" said sublingual b12 doesn't absorb much with PA.
