subcutaneous or intra-muscle?
Hi, one more question. My Dr., prior to my diagnosis, told me to do methyl B12 shots subcutaneously. Should I continue that practice or do intramuscle instead? I have severe neuro involvement and have had it for almost a year and I suspect a B12 deficiency for atleast a decade.

Pernicous Anaemia - B12 lowering
Had PA for about 15 years. 8 weekly injections. Levels when retested have always been 2000>. June 2015 lowered to 946. Then Dec2015 646. I asked for loading injections. I then started taking jarrows methyl b12, iron tabs and Methy Folate to try and keep my levels up. Just got some results back for MCH

Methyl b12 patch and neck pain
Tried my first methyl b12 patch and put it just under my earlobe as instructed. Woke up this morning with agonizing lower neck/collarbone/shoulder blade pain. Can not move my head forward as if to touch my chin to my chest without wanting to scream. Has anyone else experienced this from the patch or

Nerve Support Product from Real Health Products (a combination of Benfotiamine - Vitamin B1 and Methylcobalamin - Vitamin B12)
These are Benfotiamine, a special form of Vitamin B1, and
Methylcobalamin
, a special form of vitamin B12. I did buy the special form of vitamin B12 several months ago and my wife has been taking it every day in conjunction with Co-enzyme Q10.

NDT & Vitamins
I'm taking a few vitamin supplements & have just started on NDT. I was wondering if anyone could check if I'm taking these correctly. I know some vits are best taken at certain times of the day & are best combined with others - but I'm not sure what these are. Any help would be gratefully received

Ferritin test results skewed, b12 not resolved or something else?
First time here... first time posting about my health online. I'll try to keep this short. 5 months ago I started experiencing numbness in foot and tingling in hands and feet. Blood test showed B12 was 221 - within the normal range but I started taking the sublingual methyl-b12, 5000mcg daily. I also

Multiple sclerosis or B12 Deficiency...study needed.
My brother was told 20 years ago he had M.S. I don't know if they tested for b12. Retired lovely famous Dr. C has spoken to us and thinks its sub acute degeneration of the spinal cord due to the untreated b12 deficiency. We are self injecting Methyl b12, every other day if I am not working, I have to

Methylcobalamin may provide better treatments for nervous disorders
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3888748/#!po=8.82353 " Compared with other analogs, MeCbl is the most effective one in being uptaken by subcellular organelles of neurons. Therefore, MeCbl may provide better treatments for nervous disorders through effective systemic or local delivery.

Solgar 5,000 back on Amazon UK at £12.58
I know there was quite a bit of concern about the recent price jump of Solgar
methylcobalamin
5,000s to about £18. I'm posting this to let anyone affected know that they're currently back on Amazon UK at £12.58, with free postage if you spend £20.

So what is it really?
I had a 1000 ug
methylcobalamin
injection and came back to US yesterday. Now honestly after getting injected the brain fog has increased a little with confusion setting in.

B12 supplementation for children
Hi does anyone know or recommend a good B12 sublingual
methylcobalamin
lozenge or similar that could be used for children ages 9+? Or a multivitamin that has a decent dose of B12 included in the methyl state?

sublingual methylcobalamin
Hi. I have been taking 5000mcg sublinguals for a week following advice and research. I thought I'd go for the biggest dose I could find. How long do they take to have any effect? The reviews on Amazon were fantastic, but I've noticed nothing at all. I've had my six loading doses, I've not got anti-intrinsic

Methylcobalamin arrived in HOT mailbox.
Wasn't exposed to light. Still hasn't been opened. The expiration date is 3+ years away. This was an expensive little 30ml bottle at $179 from b12site. Is it now completely useless because it was delivered at such a high temp by the P.O.? (It is definitely over 86 degrees.) Until I receive a reply, I'm
