Kidney infections

Hi all

Bit of an odd one but I think ive got another kidney infection, my second in less than 3 months. I started B12 (1000mg methylcobalamin) at the beginning of the year and T3 5 months ago..........could either of these perhaps be causing a problem or just coincidence? I dont recall ever having a kidney infection before.
