Natural Factors B12
They are
methylcobalamin
and they're 5000mcg as the others have been. They dissolve at a reasonable rate as I was finding the Jarrow ones were taking about 30 minutes under my tongue! Does anyone have experience of these NF ones?

Supplements and endocrinologist appt
I take selenium, zinc, magnesium, b-complex and
methylcobalamin
, vit d. I'm on 200mcgs of thyroxine per day, but take my supplements late evening. I'm assuming they may want to do a fresh blood sample, but I'm not sure at the min.

I'm still unsure on some of the issues like the hydroxocobalamin vs
methylcobalamin
debate as the latter is supposed to be 'better' for actual healing but right now I just want to get my B12 up, I haven't ever felt like I did earlier this week and never want to again, I feel for anyone who has to deal

B12 serum levels and IFA test?
I had been supplementing daily with 5000 ug
Methylcobalamin
but stopped two weeks prior to test. I may have got this wrong, but I thought the GP said that if the lab saw “normal” levels of B12 in my blood (I.e. anything above 180), they might not do the test.

B12 patches... thoughts?
Hi all I was reading this morning about PurOrganica B12 Super Energy Patches and I wondered if anyone has tried them? I currently take Thorne Basic B Complex and Jarrows 5000mcg Methyl B12 but wondered if these patches could help even more. I checked out the review on Amazon and they look okay but

What type/dose of Vitamin B12 do I need?
Does that mean I should be able to metabolise the
methylcobalamin
? Is hydroxy/adenosyl better? Does anyone have any suggestions about what to do to get to the top quarter of the range and where I can source a 5000mcg Vitamin B12 please?

MTHFR complex with Hydro/Adeno B12?
Hi! Wondering if anyone is aware of a supplement integrating Folate as 5-MTHF, B6 as P5P and B12 as Hydroxy or Adenosyl. Most supplements contain the Methyl B12 form only. Thanks! Luis

Diagnosis problems
Started my own
Methylcobalamin
injections and have improved greatly in the last three weeks. Its obvious to me I have PA. Did it take anyone else out there a long time to get a test result that convinced doctors you have PA? Thank you

Lab Results: Confusing
I regularly supplement with D3 10,000/week and take a B-Complex and B12 1000mcg
Methylcobalamin
daily. TPOab and TGab have been in range for years. So while the T4 dropped, the T3 improved on 88mcg Synthroid.

B12 memory loss at 330?
Hi all, This is a great forum, it's so awesome to see people going through the same stuff on here! I have a question, I was experiencing bad memory loss and general brain fog 2 months ago, and my doctor suggested I be tested for b12. It came back at 330 and I've been taking 1mg Methyl b12 twice daily

Which B complex to take with B12
I am about to order some sublingual
Methylcobalamin
5000mcg (solgar) as recommended by many here but I am unsure as to which B supplement to take with it? There seems to be so many and I am a little confused. My B12 blood test is now at 313 range 145 -910. Thanks

Trunk Neuropathy Question from Newcomer
I am in the U.S. and purchase my own
methylcobalamin
, can give myself shots as often as I please. However, my neurologist said my B12 was too high (over 1200) and I should inject much less often because too much B12 "can cause problems."

I'm new here, just want to pass on some experiences.
My bladder is so sensitive to fruit flavoured vitamins, especially cherry flavoured
Methylcobalamin
( vit B12) I have found Natural Factors dissolving
Methylcobalamin
doesn't affect my bladder. I started injecting Vit B12 3 years ago.
