Vitamin shots?
I’m considering having a Glutathione shot and a B12 Hydroxocobalamin as I read this is converted to
Methylcobalamin
and Adenosylcobalamin in the body. I’m focusing on increasing my energy levels and thought these shots would help, and are affordable. Anyone else had these and have they helped?

B12 level of 1,200 without supplements and loss of power to both legs
After I learned of my high B12 result I began taking Solgar sublingual
Methylcobalamin
5,000 twice a day. in the last few days I have not had any cramps and i feel i am regaining a little strength in my legs. Could this be possible? Any advice on how to go forward would be most welcome.

Active B12
I have high (above range) Active B12 as a result of taking oral
methylcobalamin
. Does that mean that I can be sure that my body is using the available B12?

Latest test results. What's going on????
Hello all, I've just got my results back from my latest Medichecks Thyroid Check UltraVit test, and the results have quite surprised me. I'd be very grateful, as always, for recommendations as to what I should be doing now. I have Hashimoto's and have been on 25 mcg of T3 since March and have kept levo

Different types of B12 question.
I have just seen a reply to another poster that recommends using B12
methylcobalamin
, reading that made me check mine. Although I thought I had bought the right one, it is sublingual, it lists the B12 as being cyanocobalamin. Am I making no difference to my levels by taking the wrong type?

I went from 21stones to 15 stones in October 2015. I was losing weight so fast that the doctor told me, to not take anymore metformin for my diabetes

Hi I store my

B12 Topping Up Between Hydroxocobalamin Injections
If you don't SI does anyone supplement with Cyanocobalamin tablets or
methylcobalamin
sublingual drops in between hydroxocobalamin injections? Are they the same as hydroxocobalamin and safe to take?

Low B12 & injections
I have found an oral b12 spray which is
methylcobalamin
and wonder if this is safe to use as my injections are hydroxocobalamin. Many thanks for your advice

Sublinguals only?
After finding out my B12 levels were at 157 a month and a half ago, today I got my final booster shot of 10 GP-prescribed hydrococobalamine HCl 1 mg (self-injecting twice a week over 5 weeks). During the first 3 to 4 injections, they made me feel worse. And to be honest I'm still only feeling slightly

High B12 and breast cancer risk?
What the heck?! After a very low b12 of 200 in 1995 with symptoms, I’ve been supplementing with methyl b12 sublingual for years and ignored my high serum b12 (is that the same as plasma levels?). I don’t understand everything here at this link but it seems to say high b12 puts people at risk....is it

Methylcobalamin vs hydroxocobalmin
I SI approx every 2 weeks and I have read that your body still needs to convert this to
methylcobalamin
so I wondered if I am converting effectively enough. Thanks

B12 supplementation
Instead it suggested b12 created with
methylcobalamin
or adenosucobalamin. I would be interested to know if this is true and, if so, sources of b12 from the suggested alternatives. I am using b12 tablets bought from Holland & Barrett who, as far as I can see, do not offer and alternative source.

Obtaining Hydroxycobalamin or methylcobalamin ampoules in Spain
Hi, I am new to this forum so would like to say hello to everyone and thank-you in advance for everyone's participation. I live in Spain and I have read several things saying it is possible to buy injectable B12 here. However I have no more information than that. I'm assuming people have either bought
