Hi I store my methylcobalamin in the fridge. Any scientific evidence of temperature it needs to be at?

Hi pslmt. The storage instructions, including temperature requirements, should be contained on the patient information leaflet that should have come with your B12.
No idea what brand you use but you can search for a copy the patient information leaflet on the internet, for more details.
Here's one I found that states that this particular brand should be stored below 5c:

Methylcobalamin is not as stable as Hydroxocobalamin and temperature storage requirements are given by the brand manufacturer following rigorous research.
Note: methylcobalamin should also be stored in the dark: exposure to light causes degradation to the B12 (it usually comes in brown vials to increase protection and reduce potential for exposure to light).
Sorry, can't provide any specific scientific research papers about this...I probably wouldn't understand them anyway. fbirder may be of more help in this department, if he spots this post.
