Can anyone recommend a brand of B12
methylcobalamin
ideally with folate and B6 please? Thought I would start with that and see how it goes. Many thanks.

I am currently injecting everyday 1mg hydroxocobalamin, sublingual
methylcobalamin
6000mcg, folic acid 400ug, cranberry tablets, my blood thinner and a multivitamin. I've changed my diet and it is now relatively good with little to no dairy, sugar, wheat or processed food.

Interesting news.
Don't have all my labs back yet, but with about 6 weeks of sublingual
methylcobalamin
I've about doubled my B12 level. Was 261, now 536. U.S. range is roughly 100 to 800 or 900 (when I get the methylmalonic acid numbers I'll post the lot - FYI, intrinsic and parietal both negatives).

Methylcobalamin vs hydroxocobalamin
Apparently
methylcobalamin
is better to take than hydroxocobalamin. Is this true.? I have been taking hydroxocobalamin 1mg per 1ml with a strong folate capsule.
Methylcobalamin
injections dont need the folate apparently?
Methylcobalamin
comes in 5mg/ml ampules so do you just take 0.2ml.

Please help! Folate
I went from loading doses to weekly for 4 weeks and now I'm 3 weeks since the last one so I have been taking
Methylcobalamin
stripes 5000 ug daily for the last week. I have told GP that if she/haematologist won't agree to up my injections I will buy them and self medicate.

Has anyone tried a Methylcobalamin patch
Has anyone tried a
Methylcobalamin
patch? Wondering if it's any good. I am battling with my Doc to get my jab every 10 weeks instead of 12, I just can't cope with the 12 week and the symptoms are getting worse every time.

Fatigue just won't go away
I've been SI for four years every other day with
methylcobalamin
and have seen much improvement, though still bone weary fatigue when I do more than a few things during the day and I crash.

B12, B complex and Vit D dosing help please!
Hi all, I’ve just had some test results back from Thriva confirming my low vitamin levels. I’m looking at taking Jarrow methyl B12 and Thorn basic B to get my levels up and maintain them but I’m not sure on dosage. Also considering BetterYou Vit D+K2 spray. Again not sure on dosage but do understand

Heatwave b12 storage
I have
methylcobalamin
and I have stored it in a room rather than in the fridge. I am concerned with the heatwave over the last few months. I am concerned that the
methylcobalamin
will be unstable because generally the temperatures have been above 25 and around 28 at times.

Metformin depletes Vitamin B12 and Coq10
Metformin is the first line of defence for Diabetes. It is the old workhorse and perhaps it is the only diabetic medicine which has least side effects. While going through this beautiful article on " Drug induced nutrient Depletion" which is highly relevant to all diabetes, metformin is listed as depleting

Am I on the right track? B12 deficiency
The injections are
methylcobalamin
. If she doesn't agree, should I start injecting myself? Can somebody also guide me with what diet to follow. I have been a non - vegetarian since childhood.

upping vits... what to do?
And then I just thought I had better be safe than sorry as I am sure I have a lot of stomach acid and probably a difficulty to absorb B12, so I got a Better You B12 spray (
methylcobalamin
) 1200mcg and a Better you D3 spray 75ug. This lot I have been taking for just over a week or so.

New Labs, Help, Still Lethargic
I’ve been back and forth on meds and supplements over the years, trying to find the root cause of my issues, but I think these labs look good overall but I still feel bad. I’m lethargic all day, but the last few hours in the evening feel the best, but by 9pm passing out. My nails don’t really grow

Is Metavive safe to take?
So in the last year, after the initial ferrous sulphate and folic acid prescriptions, I've been daily taking a sachet of spatone liquid iron and 1 tablet of 1000ug vitamin b12
methylcobalamin
. About once every 2 weeks I also take a tablet of 5mg folic acid.

Vitamin shots?
I’m considering having a Glutathione shot and a B12 Hydroxocobalamin as I read this is converted to
Methylcobalamin
and Adenosylcobalamin in the body. I’m focusing on increasing my energy levels and thought these shots would help, and are affordable. Anyone else had these and have they helped?
