Set back/symptoms
I don't have PA, but had low B12 and high homosysteine (which might be caused by certain mutations I now know I have). Was on B12+B6+B1 injection and figured that maybe I'd try to be without it as they say I have no real illness just deficiency. Things went bad. Had glutened myself accidentally, and

Blood test waiting period after taking high strength B12 sub-lingually for a couple of years?
A subsequent blood test taken 9 months after taking daily high dose
methylcobalamin
showed a reading of 1259 for example. If so, I’m worried about suffering the effects of deficiency whilst waiting for my B12 blood levels to stabilise.

locating b12 injections
Can anyone recommend a pharmacy that sells b12 injections (
methylcobalamin
)? I know there are places online that sell them, but I'd feel more comfortable going through a pharmacy. So far, I've had no luck finding one. (Getting a prescription will not be a problem.) Thanks!

Excessive dreaming
Do excess b12 cause excess dreams? I have had a methyl b12 pill and b12 injection same day by mistake and realized afterwards. I was dreaming all night and was not able to stop thinking. Thoughts please.

Why is homocysteine low with B12 deficiency?
Before these tests..I was taking
methylcobalamin
/hydroxy/adenosyl 5mg lozenges off and on. Not regularly but maybe a couple times a week. I have
methylcobalamin
(300 mcg) and methylfolate(400 mcg) in my multi. Here is some back story.. So I was feeling really rough the beginng of October.

B12 Supplement - Reaction ☹️.
I’ve been supplementing with 1000mcg Jarrows sublingual
methylcobalamin
for the last four weeks but think I might be allergic to it or the high dosage. I’ve got a rash all around my mouth going down my chin and neck area, it’s like my skin is so sore it’s splitting.

Weight gain on T3/Type 2 diabetic
Hi everyone I currently take 50mcg t3 cynomel. It’s been over 6 months where my weight has steadily been increasing. I have always been borderline diabetic type 2. I’ve recently had a hbA1c test where my result was 64nmol/mol (18.0-41.0). This was no surprise really as I know when I get weight it

Updated bloods , but why palpitations and anxiety with these numbers ?
--They said B12 is Low at 663 and said to start taking
Methylcobalamin
1 tab daily. Not sure what this is, Havent had time to look into it yet. --The last thing they recommend is to take my estrobalance plus everyday because high estrogen can cause anxiety and palpitations. ???

What blood tests need to be done on a regular basis for PA?
I also think they are going to frown upon me buying my own
Methylcobalamin
. But I did it anyway and am going to have to level with the PA when I see her next week as to what I am doing. So far I have only been injecting myself 2x a week. I just don't know how much to do and what is too much.

Liver Pain from Too Much B12?
It was cyanocobalamin which the liver has to convert to
methylcobalamin
. The liver and kidneys together also have to work together to excrete the unneeded b12 so maybe that's causing the pain. Waiting on some blood tests to come back. Thanks guys.

B12 deficiency
And I take tablets 5000 mcg
Methylcobalamin
(on the day I don’t get injections) I have seen an improvement in peripheral Neuropathy and other sensations like tingling and all. Lack of balance and unsteady movements is improved 90%.

Vision after B12
For sure, my vision gets very blurry and disturbed immediately after
methylcobalamin
injection or cyanocobalamin injection or cyano sublinguals. Why does my vision get so bad?!? I feel stuck in a cycle. Take b12 shots > numbness and tingling disappear but vision goes bad/feel high.

Any B12 deficient/high homocysteine people with OCD? Benefits and problems after supplementation. (Also folate and vitamin D borderline low)
I started supplementing with
methylcobalamin
which is methylated B12. Initially I felt better, my thoughts would come but also go. But after some time I started feeling nervous after taking it, so I quit.
