Please, I need your advice about B12.
I have read that
Methylcobalamin
can be higher in the blood, but it doesn’t treat B12 deficiency, while Cyanocobalamin can treat. Many Thanks, Shalan

B12 low energy the next day
On the B12
methylcobalamin
spray, the question is, if you do to much in a day, can your B12 drop, so you wake up the next day with less energy again.

Methylcobalamin vs Hydroxocobalamin
I have bought both types of B12 online, the
Methylcobalamin
from the skin place in Brighton UK and Hydroxocobalamin from the Germany based pharmacies. I was wondering which if any is the better drug?

Help with blood results please: B12, ferritin and D.
Hi all. Having had a very low B12 result back in February I got sick of waiting for my GP to re-run the tests I'd had done privately, and paid to have them done again. My results are now in and I'd appreciate your input. Background: I'm vegetarian (though not vegan and eat a lot of dairy), hypothyroid

Need help/advice
I was using
methylcobalamin
for a bit (was prescribed a multi use vial) and I think somehow it became destabilized and became ineffective. My injections just started not doing anything for me whereas before it was helping a ton.

Had any luck with Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin)?
The
methylcobalamin
B12 variant is the one that works for me, I've also tried Vitamin B12 in cyanocobalamin form but with no effect. For the first few weeks I took a higher dose (4,000ug a day), when it started to work I dropped the dose to half that.

Cyano or methyl
Upon this happening I decided to start trying
methylcobalamin
instead, as I had some pure powder and some saline so I prepared a shot for myself today. The relief this time was almost immediate and way better than with the cyano.

Can you see it?
I'm currently taking oral
methylcobalamin
and other vitamin supplements. Has anyone else had success recovering from this problem. Would you share your experience with me?

Methylcobalamin drops
Methylcobalamin
drops are they effective? I got some from Germany but haven't heard any mention on the site yet. Can you mix them with Hydrocabalamin injections on different days?

unexplained symptoms and Terry's nails
Before the shots I took B12
methylcobalamin
sublingual but it didn't help at all. My B12 is now above 2000. My dr stopped the injections but I still have symptoms. My nails are still ridged and white. I still have hair loss, tingling in feet that comes and goes and memory problems.
