Am I the only one that can (or has) visually see the electrical movement underneath the skin on both lower legs? The pads of my feet and some toes have lost feeling.
I'm currently taking oral methylcobalamin and other vitamin supplements. Has anyone else had success recovering from this problem.
Would you share your experience with me?

If you mean you can see small muscle twitching, or fasciculations, then that can have many causes, most are benign, some aren't. In combination with your numbness (accompanied by pins and needles?) it might well be caused by a nerve problem. You really need to see a neurologist, who will do nerve conduction studies and myography to try to determine the possible causes.
Have you been diagnosed with a B12 deficiency? Does the oral B12 help with any of your symptoms? Does it raise your B12 blood levels? Do you take a lot of vitamin B6 (which can cause peripheral neuropathy)?
Yes, I have had this for years. My B12 deficiency is well treated by self-injection & I have had nerve conduction tests but I have never found a reason for my calf muscles visibly twitching. Some say it can be a magnesium deficiency but this always comes back ok in my blood test. Any suggestions appreciated 😊.
