I Need Help with Bipolar Friend
I have seen many of you post here who have bipolar disorder. I am a member here because of GAD. I have been fine for about 3 years now; my last episode of anxiety/depression lasted for several months. I am asking your help because I can feel my anxiety starting to manifest, due to having to deal

wondering about lithium orotate
I have recently been told, by a naturopath , that when receving B12 injections it is a good idea to take 5mg of Lithium Orotate daily. They felt it helped transport B12 out of the blood stream and into the cells. I am wondering if anyone else has heard of this? I don't know if it is some kind of scam

Update on neuroendocerine prostate cancer mets to liver.
As mentioned previously my husbands prostate cancer has now metastasised to his liver. He also has bone mets. He had 6 cycles of Etoposide and Carboplatin. This combination of chemo worked very well. As we are looking at getting Pluvicto for his bone mets we also organised an FDG scan. (As advised on

Clonidine - success with RLS anyone?
Evening team I have a query. As some of you may remember I was prescribed Buprenorphine two years ago by a neurologist for my restless limbs. I have a feeling I may have asked this question before, maybe not in one of my posts, (can't remember!) Does anyone out there take Clonidine for RLS? if

I'm so tired of these tension headaches which are causing anxiety to hit the roof. I hope it's nothing wrong with my brain🤷🏻
Been getting them although my CAT scan was normal but I have always been suffering from GAD and PTSD that I have been clinically diagnosed with. Are anyone going through this too? Please let me know it will help me feel better

Medicinal cannabis?
As well as PBC I have fibromyalgia and complex PTSD. I’ve also been experiencing some major and unusual anxiety and depression in perimenopause, different from prior experiences of anxiety and depression. I saw a new GP today and he was suggesting medicinal cannabis which has been found to help many

cytomel and food
this is likely a silly question, but do the same rules apply to cytomel as synthroid when it comes to taking on an empty stomach? My synthroid bottle has a warning on it about not taking it with iron or magnesium and taking an hour away from food or drink. My cytomel doesn't have the same warning. Can

BC Update with GP.
First I rang Macmillan and they thought it very odd my cancer had gone from high to low. So rang my consultants secretary and she was not there, the people in charge said they were not qualified to help. I saw my GP today and like myself had a letter with no details at the top, this matters because

any secondary cancers after thyroidectomy?
I’m just wondering if anyone has been diagnosed with a secondary cancer - particularly renal or bladder - after having thyroid cancer. I have read the chances are raised but I can’t find out by how much. I’m currently undergoing investigation. thank you x

FND diagnosis and not coping well with it
Saw neurologist today for my brain MRI results. Confirmed results as normal , no abnormalities seen. Wasn’t shown MRI which I thought I would . Diagnosed me with FND as symptoms not relative to any other neurological disorder. Been told no medication will help , it’s all in my sub conscious/mind and
