Scared of biopsy results
When I got home, I got on the internet and saw that it could be
melanoma
and now I am simply scared to death. I just became a mother to my lovely child and I have more excitement to live than ever before. I am extremely worried about the results.

New diagnosis -76 year old mom
She goes to a
melanoma
center of excellence's so is in good hands. She had her first PET scan last week. Gets the results next week. I can't go to all of her appts but someone from the family does. Right now we are scared but also feel we don't have an idea of the path forward.

Hello! New here...
I had a
melanoma
in-situ removed July of this year and 2 more biopsies this week. I am jumping right in with my biggest struggle being timing and the mental aspect.

Fearfully awaiting biopsy results
I have about 1 week of waiting and am unable to avoid thoughts of a possible
melanoma
diagnosis. I have never been through or known anyone else who has been through this. I understand that most members here will be having a much harder time than myself and I send you all my best wishes.

Our 26 yr old son just back from Marines dx Melanoma Stage 3. We need to understand the next step.
Found tiny spot on arm, dx 2tb, had SNLB just found out primary node came back positive with microscopic
melanoma
cells. All margins are clean from surgery. Surgeon has referred us to an oncoclogist. What do they look for next and don't understand chance of survival.

Do we understand what the doc is really saying?
I want to be engaged with a clinician who is hopeful but also honest with me in terms of where we stand with how
melanoma
is presenting itself today in my loved one.

Couple of photos from Julie LVA treatment in Oxford done by Alex Ramsden and Dominic Furnis. xx
This all started from a small lesion I had on my left leg that turned into
melanoma
, I had a full thickness skin graft last year you can just about see on the photo it is just on the outside of my left leg 1/4 of the way up , having full thickness graft meant I wasn't left with a ...Shark Bite...I'm

Advice for my First Wide Excision
I had a couple biopsies done a couple weeks ago, they both came back negative for

What is an aberrant lymph node - google says it's a
melanoma
should I be scared? Should I be having a biopsy???? Letter sent with no advice?? "The delayed images did not show any further rerouting" - what does this mean?

Overall Lifestyle Changes
I know my
melanoma
has changed my entire lifestyle! How about everyone else? From the way I dress to spend time outdoors, my sunscreen usage, and even my diet (healthier options and “cancer-fighting” foods). What changes have you made in your day to day routine since getting diagnosed?

Brown lines on nailbeds.
I’ve done some research on brown lines on nails and my main concern is
melanoma
. I’ve had the pinky one for 4-5 or could be more months now. I’m a nail bitter so I never noticed till recently, I grew my nails out and noticed one on my thumb. They’re very faint but still concern me.
