30+ years of worsening dysmenorrhea
Hi, I'm going to apologise in advance for the long one, but I guess I want to vent and see if anybody has experienced the same symptoms but had different treatment offered, or even a diagnosis? I half wonder if it's adenomyosis but until now just think it's "one of those things". What are my rights as

Awful Pregnancy Symptoms
Anyone else having a really rough go of pregnancy? This is my first time pregnant, and I am 9 weeks +2, and honestly for the last 3 weeks my nausea and indigestion have been awful. I've barely been able to eat or drink, and I feel sick 24/7. It doesn't come in waves - it's constant. I can barely bring

My mother has run out of 60mg MST, withdrawal is hitting her hard, I don't know what do to
My mother suffers with chronic pain, she has scederma which is terminal, she has been taking 60mg of morphine for at least 12 years. There was additional 10mg added for breakthru. Problem is, she has none left. She vomits and has probably lost 32 tablets in the last few weeks. Dr's prescribed cyclizine

I'm overlooking proper food & binging on junk food which I no is not healthy just because the smell of food is sickening to me. At first I could only

Migraine for 3 weeks and counting
I’m having an absolute nightmare at the moment. I had a migraine on the 17th December and it hasn’t gone since. Some days it reduces itself into a general headache and other days it’s developed into a hemiplegic migraine. I’ve given up alcohol in case that is a trigger and I don’t drink caffeine or eat

*Sensitive* Pregnancy and Night Sweats
Hello! I am 11 weeks and 2 days pregnant and I am suffering from extreme night sweats and it is affecting my sleep. I've tried a fan, open window, sleeping on a towel, a thin blanket instead of a duvet etc., but no luck. I'm on cyclizine for morning sickness so I'm wondering if this is a side effect

Cyclizine in 3rd trimester
Hi all! Just a quick question for you: has anyone else taken cyclizine - or other anti-emetic meds - in their last trimester? I’m 34+4 and a week ago my sickness came back in full force. I’ve been throwing up twice a day and finding it hard to drink enough water, so midwife recommended I go back on pills

Hi, My migraines have changed over the past 2 years. I've had them since age 12 now 53. Controlled well with triptans for 14 years then last 2 years have become more chronic with vomiting every episode. I have tried amitryptiline (not useful) and then topiramate (great but stopped due to side-effects
