Anyone else in my position or similar? 38.1st failed ICSI attempt. Never been a mum before.
Finding it tough to find anyone in my situation. I know I've posted LOADS but I find this site such tremendous support. I feel so out of my depth with ivf and I'm a bit of a novice by all accounts. I'm 38, naturally high AMH with no underlying issues. Most of the stories I see on here are low AMH, PCOS

Post DIEP surgery exercises??
They are the same ones I had to do after the
mastectomy
2 years ago. I haven't been given any information or advise about tummy exercises. I'm hunched over with the hip to hip wound - should I be doing anything to try and straighten up?!?

Getting Mom treated for breast cancer
He said
mastectomy
is required. So, we proceeded with it. Now what will be our next steps. Doctor will brief us later. He is also sending the breast for biopsy. Can there be a possibility that it isn't cancer..? We did excision surgery in Gangaram.

Holly Kitchen (MBC Video)
Watch her video. She explains how misunderstood it is and how she herself did not realize you can get MBC even after having mastectomies. Put it in youtube or just google Holly Kitchen and MBC. Many of you may have seen it, others may have not.

Smoking
Hi: I have to ask quick question though it appears most people on this site take better care of themselves via diet and exercise holistic therapies, etc. My confession is that when I began ibrance/Letroziole 20 month ago I thought (I know know that’s not true) well I’m only gonna live 22 month if even

ASCO 2019 Abstract Recap
The study concluded that on univariable analysis (as a single statistical variable), only
mastectomy
vs no
mastectomy
predicted OS, and that on multivariable analysis,
mastectomy
vs no
mastectomy
remained a statistically significant predictor of OS.

Post Vasectomy Pain
I had a vasectomy in 1992. Immediately I knew something wasn't correct on the right side; very painful and hot. Told it will settle! Well after years of antibiotics and anti-inflammatories, a Urology Surgeon finally decided to remove the right testicle and give me a prosthesis one. Well, you'd think

Reconstruction without expanders
I had a
mastectomy
of my left breast in Dec 2017. At the time all I could think about get rid of the cancer! I said I wasn't interested in implants, however my surgeon said he left some skin in case I changed my mind.

Lymph Node Transfer
Since having a
mastectomy
and node clearance for BC almost five years ago, I developed lymphedema of the arm which has gradually got worse (almost 70% increase :-( ) I have been fortunate to be listed on the NHS for a lymph node transfer followed by liposuction as I am not a suitable candidate for LVA

Side effect of cancer treatment
Other thing since I have double
mastectomy
my right hand is always numb when I wake up in the morning. The radiation doctor did some exam, but he didn't see any additional metastatic of cancer that could be causing the numbness and tingling. Does anyone experience that? Thx

Help?!
But because it was such small volume spread they decided to go ahead with left
mastectomy
and lymph node removal, 9/27 lymph nodes were positive for cancer. She also had 15 sessions of radiotherapy to chest wall after that.
